On Monday a friend said while he was letting passengers through he caught a woman that was on his list of people to stop. Apparently she's been caught before bringing in hundreds of bootleg Lego minifigures from China to sell, which is illegal. I thought that was kinda funny

This is what tax-funded CBP is "protecting" us from? i love the Chinese knock-off figures. You can buy them on eBay. Why harass that poor lady? Customs needs to stop weapons, animal products, invasive species and harmful tainted drugs. They need to chill out about pirated Lego-compatible figures.

Yes, I have the King Bowser Koopa, Yoshi, Green-Shelled Koopa Troopa, Dry Bones and Shy Guy ones, and they look *_a lot_* better than these (although that isn't saying much there, as The LEGO Company would make ones that would be *_*VASTLY*_* superior to either of these!!!).

I like grabbing the K'Nex Mario figures, because I'm also a game collector, and enjoy having the characters for my shelves. The coding on the back helps a lot to figure out which one I'm getting. I've never grabbed a duplicate because of this.
The mario series is okay. The quality isn't perfect - the human figures aren't great, but the non-human figures like Toad (is Toad a human?), Bob-Omb, Shy Guy and Yoshi are all really good.
I honestly love those figures as I found out toads head fit on other Action figures (specifically an ash ketchum figures i had) so I was able to make a toad with a human body

Mario K'Nex is pretty good. ToyGander even showed a vid where the Mario head goes on the torsos.
Quantum Surge a knex figure head cant go on a lego fig head because the peg is on the head for knex.

The MARIO sets are not bad at all. The painting is great, and the sets have a great representation of the levels from the games.
Knex has good sets, but terrible figures aside from the Mario series, but some characters (Especially these) look awful.
It kills me K'nex got the titanfall and plants v.s. zombies licenses, Mega Construx could've done them both well

I almost got a full set from a dollar tree like 2 years ago. I got em all but Meg.
I remember looking into them and found out there were some cancelled figure designs. If only these didn't look so bad.
As someone who owns some Mario Kinex, I can say that those were a LITTLE better than the FG ones. The pieces are easy to lose tho.

The only figure I like out of all of these is Bryan. He's the best looking figure they've ever made, he's the only figure who they nailed down. All the others are terrible looking.
How do they fit on a lego sheet? I imagine they can't stand or sit very well.

Hey, Lois. I'm a K'nex minifigure
I have a couple of the Mario knex figs, and the never had a printing error. Either I got lucky, or the Mario series was just fine. However, the knex figs joints and piece are SUPER easy to break, have the parts come off and become loose. Their more for display, then play.
The Mario Series they been doing are actually pretty nice though.
They keep reusing the same figures over and over again though every new wave instead of making new molds.
But they would add like different colors and parts to existing molds.
Still lazy. But a good way to get some Brick based Mario things.
Funfact: Brian's Lower Torso is actually Yoshi's tail! xD
These are the greatest figures that I have ever seen in my meaningless existance also the Mario ones are really nice

They are not knock offs . Knex originally didnt even use bricks they used plastic tubes to create structures

Yeah I collect the mega construx halo sets which for the most part have great quality with the occasional mess up which like Lego used to do they send the entire bag that has the part your missing

I actually had a knex Luigi and toad and they were painted good no chips in the paint except for the top of Luigi's head
I have some of the knex mario figures and few sets. And luigi looks kinda plump for some reason, though it makes more sense with mario or bowser.
