- I count down the Top 10 LEGO sets that are the worst deals, but come with great LEGO minifigures. Yes, it's an odd topic to tackle, but the face that it seems like LEGO has been putting more thought into selling a set based on minifigures than an actual strong build has been bothering me lately. Of course, this is all my opinion. You'll see sets on the list from LEGO Super Heroes (Marvel and DC), LEGO Star Wars, and other themes.

The Hydra Tank is useful for one thing:
performing the "under the map" glitch in the Lego Marvel Super Heroes video game.

0:52 Fun fact those Discs at the connected at the foot on each minifigure was supposed to be photoshopped out but some Lego Star wars set images still have the Unphotoshopped version like you see here. They're supposed to keep the Minifigure in the position you see but without talking a long time to get the figure in the perfect position.

Something that I hate is the over use of vehicles in the superhero line my room is full of vehicles when what I really need is play sets

The "Over-sized garbage" is just fine thank you. The agent set is fine! Sometimes i think you look at the sets and immediately look for only the bad things and don't even consider the good things, (If said set had good things, which some of them didn't)

Does 6+2=4? Afcourse it doesn't! It's 8! So with that logic result of your equasion is still oversized but to what point is unknown since you did not write it.
The first two sets you mentioned, the Encounter on Jakku and the Gotham City Cycle Chase, I have. Got the Lego Batman one specifically for that Harley, and the other because it was Star Wars and not too expensive.
I loved the set with the hydra solder redskull and comics captain America, I played with it so much as a kid

I like how almost every single set on here is a super heroes set
It's Legos main set or the one that most people go for. Usually they do better that this so our expectations are higher for these than any other theme

Top 10 bad sets with good minifigures part 2
The Killer Croc Sewer Smash was something I wanted a bit for the minifigures (and I kind of like the Bat-Tank) but it is $130 where I was when it came out.
i love the 60s Batcave set, and while its overpriced it is a beautiful homage to the fans of the classic show.
wes earhart yes it is although I'm not able to get it I will probably buy the figures which cost a lot by themselves
I agree that it is one of the greatest sets but it is way overpriced

Have to disagree on the Red Skull set. In the comic, Hydra uses WW2 lookalike vehicles with that Nazi military scheme. But produce a set that strongly link to WW2 vehicle would be against Lego policy about making set base on historical war. I think the designer did a fantastic job to create a vehicle that give the vibe of tanks and comic and hydra and ww2 ,without going against their policy about historical subject.

honestly looking back on this, why didnt they just make all the spider-man vehicles SHIELD vehicles? it would’ve made sense in the context of the show since they’re all working at SHIELD.

because most of the sets are kind of odd and bulky, but the minifigres are really cool.
Nexo knights sets are almost based around a ton of features, why would they be terrible? They're better than the ninjago prison breakout set.
Well, I like some of the bad character minifigures (i.e. Ash Attackers) and good character minifiures (i.e. the Royal Soldiers) in LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS.

2 sets that were made after the video deserve the title in the star wars line. The 2021 trouble on tatooine had great figures with djarin, grogu, and a tusken raider, however the buold would love to break on you. The grievous combat speeder as well had a great windu and grievous figure, hoever the build, just is eh.

I got the hulk vs red hulk with Christmas money. It was good to play with as a kid, but it was very simple to build. No joke, it took me 25 mins to build!!

Actually I think the lego bat tank set is quite good. Sure the weird killer croc vehicle sucks the bat tank is really cool. People argue that it is to big but in my opinion it's function is sweet and what shows more power then batman tearing up the streets of gotham in a humungous tank? Also those minifigs are so cool and comic accurate. Sure 80 dollars is a lot but it is a massive build and i bought the set for my little brother for the price of 60 dollars! he plays with it daily and it's shield function is phenomenal. Also I am one of the biggest DC comic fans and I love the under the red hood story arc and I say this set does not disrespect the comics or let me down at all.
I would also like to add I think the 60's batcave set is pretty cool too. I love the build I think it should be priced at 150-200 dollars but it does justice to the c=show and I love that there are elements of wayne manor in it to. People might say the color tones are lame to but you know go on Netflix and watch the movie all of the batcave colors are lame! I think the tv show and the movie is awesome though and want this set quite a bit.

The spider helicopter rescue was my favourite set as a kid. I remember getting it from lego land and it was so fun to mess and around with and I wish j still had just a peace of it left but it all has disappeared over the years

The Number 1 set is DEFINITELY deserved even though it hasn't been released yet. It's especially galling as the recent Marvel Superhero Sets have had really nice builds - then Lego pushes this ridiculous Hulk car battle at us? AND includes She-hulk, a major character, as an insult? The most disappointing set in a LONG time.

In the honorable mentions I saw the LEGO Classic TV Series Batcave but I LOVE that set! The buildings are so great and also the minifigs. The helicopter landing pad, the chemical area, the normal house with those things on the poles that swoop down, the Batmobile, and the helicopter are all super well done! You don't no what your talking about. :(
