Haha yeah, it’s pretty sweet on Fridays! But I work 4 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday and have to be at work by 6:45am, so my mornings are usually a little too rushed and slightly chaotic 😂

What time do you go to bed for 5:15 workout
In bed by 8 and read for about 15 minutes. Lights out by 8:15 🤘🏽
