New subscriber here🙋♂ Picked up an 18 X3 M40i just last week and I have sat here watching through all of your x3 videos already and they are all super informative and easy to follow, and can't wait to do some of the mods you got on. Also just wanted to say this oil change was clean af and honestly probably better than most places and BMW dealer techs out there (personal experience) so keep it up man love your videos and can't wait for more mods!
Honestly letting it run for the full 8000 miles before the change is ok. Due to the oil being full synthetic. Now if it wasn't, then yes I'd definitely say change it every 5000. But with Full synthetic, letting go to 10,000 is ok. But I suspect BMW does 8000 just for a little buffer.
@@ISF_Foo I live in phoenix Arizona super hot here …. liqui Moly 5w30 special Tec is the recommended one for s58 . Also started using same exact oil for my x5 b58

7500 is the sweet spot for me. The oils are full synthetic so I don't think it's bad if we even touch 10k.
I agree. I just figure why not do it a little more frequently. Especially with the warranty from FCP Euro!
Don’t use this oil grade ….use LM special tec 5w30 LL 01FE same oil for s58 motor
Why do you suggest 5w-30?
