XD sometimes i feel im not good enough for people so i try to change myself as much as possible like my appearance, personality, health when inside nothing actually changed because my mental health is just getting worse and im constantly worried not for myself but for other people around me when im aware my mental and physical health is at risk and i feel i cant be happy even if i get all the things i want because i have this empty space in my heart that cant be filled because it all the memories and the friends i lost that i cant get back LOL and i feel like my parents are ignoring me and only paying attention to my younger brother and im invisible to them just because he has temperment issues though he is mostly the reason im sad all the time like how he said he hated me like 5 times all before 1:30PM and i pretend it doesnt bother me but it does even if ive been told that way too many times by other people that just dont understand funny, right? LOL
It’s not funny at all :( I’ve sorta been in a similar situation and I know how this sounds really difficult but you need to sit down and talk to your parents. If they worry enough about your brother then I’m sure they’ll worry about you too. Of course I’m not sure about all the details and things you’ve gone through but it gets better I promise. I’ve never said anything like this before cause I was never super religious but if you’re ever alone know that god is with you no matter what. At least, this is what helped me so I hope it can help you too

We come into this world knowing nothing, with no information, no truths to cling to, there is no reasoning behind our disbeliefs, because we aren't making a decision. And when we do believe, it's not because we choose to, but because we come face to face with whatever we need to convince us. It is meaningless what god can give me, because no matter what the benefits of believing are, I'm not convinced. I can't lie to myself, or trick myself into believing what I just haven't experienced. And if I could, god would just be the middleman, I would choose to believe I'm not empty.

There have been so many cases of innocent people who were faithful to god their entire lives, only for them to still live horrible lives, or die brutally. People who believe in him, do it because of fantasy. They want to believe someone cares because they are lonely. But lying to yourself is not healthy. You have to face your problems head on, seek therapy, take a step back from your boring life and try and find meaning. Either way his "system" is unjust, and he has done shitty things in the bible, he is not a good man. What I am saying is, it's never healthy to rely on someone to deal with all your problems, let alone a person who has not been proven to exist.
