I found your channel several years ago and you have truly been an inspiration to me. I am also hearing impaired and read lips to help me fill in the blanks. I have to say that you are so well spoken I can literally watch your videos with or without sound because you are so articulate. Thank you!
Hi Dominique! I'm a 56 year old African American Woman who stumbled onto your channel a few years ago and just LOVE IT!😍 I've even "bragged about ya" to some of my friends! You have an elegance and style that's very inspirational and your videos are ones that I look forward to weekly! Thanks for sharing your beautiful secrets...the "setting spray & q-tip" is GENIUS..I can't wait to try!
Thank you! One thing I found that contributed to my makeup slide- I wasn’t beginning with squeaky clean lashes! They would have residual cream on them from the night before and the mascara would break down. Thanks for understanding us Dominique!
You woman! You are a true inspiration, you are my muse... I'm 44 years old and was feeling so old and ugly until i saw your videos... You thought me that beauty does not only belong to 20 smth ages... I trully admire you... So happy to have found you... Xxx
I'm 69 and use concealer. After I finish all my makeup application I dab a little eye cream under my eyes. It has been a real game changer. Then I use a facial mist after all is done. Gives a nice glow and the more moisture the merrier. Love your videos .
I watched this video last night and tried it on my eye makeup this morning. I dislike wearing eye makeup because it always smudges. This is the first time it didn't smudge after working all day. Thank you so much! I have been viewing your channel for about a year now. You have great tips.
I followed your directions to a T -- I've been one of those women who really needed your help with this and let me tell you, YOU WERE RIGHT!!! It worked!!!! Can't thank you enough!
Thank you. Looking forward to trying these products and tips. I have always had issues with smugging under my eyes and I am a very dry skin person. Never understood why. The expressions angle I believe is probably what is happening. It finally makes sense. Fingers crossed after 25 years of this problem I might finally have the solution
I found a silicone based primer helps with the concealer and powder settling. Also, using a setting spray and moisture setting spray helps a lot. I still have some trouble with dry spots but these both help a lot. I use Bare Minerals primer and Milani or Tarte setting spray.
I would generally agree, but certain fine milled powders under the eyes actually don’t emphasize texture and keep under eye concealer in place. A big help especially now wearing masks.
Hi Dominique. I look forward to your videos weekly and you totally hit the nail on the head with this weeks video!! I’ve tried several liners and nothing seems to last the “12 hour” test. I’m a nurse and really don’t have time for touch ups. Never thought about trying the sealer just under the eyes. Brilliant!! This is why you are totally essential to women in their prime. You go gurl!!
I love these tips!! I have never heard about using a cotton swab to set your under eye and setting my eyelid. Nowhere else would I learn this but from your channel! I can't thank you enough for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us as well as your heart! Peace and Love ☮💚
Dominique you are a very inspiring woman. God has given you a special grace that makes you shine. I’m grateful for your life and this beautiful community you have created. Thank you for uplifting women in these days.
Love your idea about not applying mascara on the lower lashes, between age and gravity this tip is a winner ! 👏🎉👏🎉 Thank you! Stay safe and well, Happy Holidays
Oh my gosh! So glad I found this tutorial! I wear very little makeup but sometimes like to “pump it up” a little. I’m over 45 and I am so happy to see this video. Thank you!
Love the final product. I wish you were here and I could follow with what you were doing. It looks easy, but to me makeup has always been hard, especially when you are told that no amount of makeup would help. God bless you and your family.
Dominique your skin is so gorgeous , beautiful ,blemish free ! Love this new eye makeup look ! Tutorial.. Basically anything you do looks amazing on you👍♥️

Hi Helen. I may be longer in the tooth than you, and I have a milestone birthday next week. 🙂 I also shelter heavily at home in the USA because my immune system is compromised from over a year and a half of chemo. Thank you so much for this tutorial!! I watch so many 40 something women on beauty youtube channels and although they are very good they haven’t experienced 50’s and 60’s makeup issues. You are such a beautiful woman inside and out and I love watching your channel!!
Dominique, I just watched the video of you Mum and yourself at your Mum's apartment. You both look like sisters. It is very clear to see where you get your fabulous style, class and elegance from. Hi Dominique. Since I have blue eyes, dark hair and fair skin, I can't use the makeup shades that you do. I do appreciate all the helpful tips for making makeup stay put. I think you do an amazing job with your makeup and I've picked up many helpful tips from your videos.
Dominique, I love your videos. I'm 64 years old & I am really getting into eye shadows again because of your videos. It's been so fun! Your hooded eye tutorial was so helpful. Any chance you could discuss blush options, cream vs. powder? I have used cream blush for the last 10 years & was curious if powder blushes have changed so that they aren't dry & chalky looking on older skin. Thank youi!
Thankyou so very much! I am in my 60's. Very happy that I subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to next Thursday! You are such a beautiful blessing. I have learned a lot from you on how to look younger with my eyes, with the way you apply your eyeshadow. My sister bought the magnetic eyelashes. She loves them, since she is a banker, and has to rush out the door early every morning for work. Please stay healthy! Many blessings...💖 Pamela
Dominique!! I want to thank you. I have been feeling very unattractive. And then, I bought Tarte eye concealer because of you. It is a game changer. Blessings!!
One color applied with finger on the lid...mascara, and eyebrow pencil....no slippage...vibrant... works for me. Nowadays with mask culture it’s all I wear...excepting chapstick....❤️
I don't know why I am still amazed at learning new things from you each time I watch your videos.🥴. As someone else said in the comments, the setting spray on a cotton swab....so good. I can't live without my concealer, (inherited dark circles), so anything to keep those babies covered is on my list.👍. Thank you.🥰

A few days ago I discovered for myself the power of brow dye from Syoss. If you are at the age where brows start to get thinner and less or after chemotherapy, but you want to skip the microneedling, you should try it. It saves me a lot of time, the result was amazing, ultra easy DIY. I wish I thought about brow dyeing a lot sooner. The finest hairs also get some colour and you have the feel of fuller and defined brows. Love it!
I ve been watching you for two years now. I forget to like sometimes but I ve gotten better. You inspire me so much and we are the same age and we are both daughters of the Most High.
The Tatcha silk canvas primer is absolutely glorious on more mature skin. It’s not cheap but worth it. I use a MAC paint pot (in painterly)as my eye primer and it works a treat. I used to love them as just a no makeup makeup look but I find that now they crease if I don’t use shadows over the top.
Hello Dominique!!! I do exactly what you did on the video, minus adding setting spray, and it Works perfectly well. I do not use waterproof makeup and it does not smudge or smear throughout the day. The setting spray I just use it on my whole face because I need to control de oil around the nose.
I don’t wear concealer or powder but I love your tutorials because I always get something from them. I also love how you let us all know we are even more beautiful as we age🙌🏻 I have never felt better at almost 55🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
I heard about the Urban Decay eye primer a few years ago from you and wanted to say Thank YOU! It’s a game changer, I have also gifted it to mom and friends, everyone loves it! 💗
Learning so much from you, thank you. After my 50s i felt very insecure with make up. Now i am 56 and i found you. No more top eyeliner ... etc wowwwwww
I never thought of using primer potion on my lower lash line! I use it every day so I’ll have to try this next time I put makeup on. Thanks, Dominique! I always learn so much from you. 😘
i just love your videos. you explain things so well. in my youth i wanted to be a make-up artist but life got in the way. i tried your your liner tip for droopy eyelids.thing is my eyes are so droopy it just made a smearing mess and when i let go of the eyelid i couldnt even see the eyeliner in the corner. you are so pretty your eyes are not that droopy. my moto now is less is more. i stopped wearing mascara on my lower lashes a long time ago. i dont even wear eyeshadow anymore bc my crease is just to hung over. i now only wear eyeliner (using your under the eyelid technique) and waterproof mascara, but even then my mascara smudges onto the top of my droopy eyelid. my skin is very oily. i will try your tips in this video. i love your fashion videos too. i learn alot. thx for all your hard work . GOD BLESS YOU.
As always, thank you for anothet informative and helpful video. I always enjoy your makeup videos. I LOVE your earrings, they look great with your hair/makeup/outfit!
Hi Dominique, would you please tell me the best thing to do to cover age spots...do i need colour corrector or concealer...tried few concealers but they don't do the job at all...thank you.
So helpful. And yes I agree with all the others. You are so gorgeous and even more important to me, you are such a positive person and truly genuine inspiration to all women. Thank you.
I had never thought about the fat pockets underneath impacting smearing when smiling or expressing. Thank you for this illumination and for ways to combat it.
Thank you Miss . fabulous !!!! Long day and your makeup 💄 stayed fresh . Thank you pretty gal ! You make my Thursday ‘s ! Enjoy your weekend ! We love you 💗💗💗

Ok well, this is the thing. I've really enjoyed your ch. I've learned SO MUCH! At 61 I feel great but my skin ,hair and makeup need help. You've been that help. I discovered you ch yrs ago and love it.😃💗👍Today I learned about not having to much eyeliner on bottom and to wing it all out at those corners better. I'm intrigued by the magnetic lashes too. Love your hair most of all. 👏😃💗💜💗
Wow!!! I loved your definition of a mature woman-we are at our prime!!! That is awesome!!! I just turned 50 and you are one if the most inspiring woman that really helps me to feel at my best feel empowered. Love your tips love your chic you are an elegant intelligent beautiful woman and i love your channel❤️❤️❤️❤️ God bless you!!!
Love all of your videos! Can you do one on why you changed your part to the middle of your hair. Is it more youthful? How do I train my hair after years of wearing it on the side? Please do a video on this! Need to know! And thank you!
At 60 I have so many more steps when applying my makeup. Primers, eye concealers, setting sprays etc all to make me look more natural, LOL! I got my eyebrows professionally waxed and trimmed even though I barely have any and was astonished that they look fuller. I guess you’re never too old to learn something new and take the advise from those in the know.
Dominique, I learn so much from you! Do you have a video or can you point me to a source for learning how to pick out what makeup colors I need? I hear you say pinky, peachy, rosy, etc. How do I know which family of colors I need? You're such a great teacher! Thank you.

You are my hero. You give me hope to look good at an older age!!
I have the same problem 😕
Sorry, but I can’t find directions with names of products- please help

Gorgeous before and Gorgeous after , beautiful make up as always 👏❤️🥰
Ok well, this is the thing. I've really enjoyed your ch. I've learned SO MUCH! At 61 I feel great but my skin ,hair and makeup need help. You've been that help. I discovered you ch yrs ago and love it.😃💗👍Today I learned about not having to much eyeliner on bottom and to wing it all out at those corners better. I'm intrigued by the magnetic lashes too. Love your hair most of all. 👏😃💗💜💗

thank you dominique for this video, nothing has changed, bravo, I will try tomorrow (primer under the eyes) I never thought about it
Love all of your videos! Can you do one on why you changed your part to the middle of your hair. Is it more youthful? How do I train my hair after years of wearing it on the side? Please do a video on this! Need to know! And thank you!
Great tips Dominique! I’m going to try the setting spray underneath the eyes! Love ya!!🥰🥰🥰
I really enjoy you makeup tutorials, I wish you did many more of them!
Fantastic video and always learn something new with every video.
Miracles do happen lol
Thanx Dominique
At 60 I have so many more steps when applying my makeup. Primers, eye concealers, setting sprays etc all to make me look more natural, LOL! I got my eyebrows professionally waxed and trimmed even though I barely have any and was astonished that they look fuller. I guess you’re never too old to learn something new and take the advise from those in the know.
I always look forward to Thursdays when you have new videos on! x
Glad you like them!
One word, Dominique....YYYES! 😁 I need this! Thank you!👍❤️
Dominique, I learn so much from you! Do you have a video or can you point me to a source for learning how to pick out what makeup colors I need? I hear you say pinky, peachy, rosy, etc. How do I know which family of colors I need? You're such a great teacher! Thank you.
Wow. What an amazing teacher you are. Thanks.
Hey Dominique, we're so glad you are loving our Super-Stay Liners and WunderExtensions Curl Mascara! They looked incredible on you x
Thank you! Great products..
My makeup is minimal but my focus is always my eyes because its my strongest feature. This helped so much. Thank you.
