- Talking about different levels of positioning and how to do it. this is not a complete guide to positioning, I have a video on that called Improving Your Aim With Positioning, and I discuss it a lot in my Definitive Guide to Improving, you can check it out if you want. I feel ranks are kinda screwed, I solo que, and i feel i was a much better player when i was s4/s5 (am now gn3). To me it seems the players have been getting worse the higher I go. I assume this is because of smurfs in silver or something, and ill hit a roadblock soon, but I don't know

Yeah same here. I have no clue why this guy played like that, I mean I usally play like this on MGE. Guess that's an accident that this guy is on silver. A regular silver guy would not pre-aim like that and even if he did, wouldn't place it on the walls that good. I just don't know, last time I played on silver was like april 2018, may be something has changed, or may be that is just NA MM.
@Damien Jane Damn I wish I could play AU MM. One lf my friends once told me that MM in Australia is kinda insane. That could've been a real challenge xD. Eu MM is decent I would say, everything is good until you get an angry russian/polish man in your team. The problem is in communication, they just don't want to speak to the rest of the team (I'm Lithuanian but I can speak russian), even though some of them are nice people.

Most players even at silver 1 are decent at fps games, they just don't know cs and how it's supposed to be played

thats like 30% silvers the other 60%, who the 30% get teamed with, are new to the game lol
they could have a lot of hours too. I have 2k hours and have been stuck in sem but i realised more recently what i did wrong and tried to work on it so he might just have gotten stuck but still improved as much as he could
What I have learned after more years than I want to admit is, that CS is about patience. So many deaths could have been avoided if only I had stayed put. So many 5 vs X that ended in disaster.

probably different region in the world. for example: a silver Australian is about the same as an Asian MG
@@Cheasle2 Rip, that would be me then. Nah I think it's more just we get stuck in silver so easy as there's so many griefers and stuff and that's why I got stuck. DMG's in Australia are worse than a lot of silvers, and I almost always carry silvers, ranks are fucked here.

This and the movement video were really awesome. But may I suggest to split these up into T-Side vs. CT-Side videos? And could you maybe also explain what's the difference between Movement and Positioning in your mind, given that these two videos might seem similar for noobs like me. :)
I'm just noticing that silvers are better than they used to be. I started playing CS:GO in January last year and I got silver 3 as my initial rank and I wasn't good, but I definitely destroyed while I was there as I spent a lot of time learning crosshair placement. I have since then been improving very much. I train hard and I recently surpassed a 1000 hours and just got DMG. Hoping to get to Global by the end of the Summer Holidays :D

you mean adding stuff in was the answer to that question or you're wondering if i have additional stuff i'll try to add in with the paused portions?
I had some issues with this video but it's a process to try to remove as much of the pauses as possible with added stuff like I did for some of them here. Over time I'll probably get better at it.

Hey man, you should try switching your editing software to Davinci Resolve. I used to use Sony Vegas as well and it just doesn't cut it as I'm sure you have experienced. ;)

@vooCSGO I have some positioning questions as according to leetify I have decent util pretty good aim but horrible positioning I have a 55 for for aim 17 from positioning in silver 3/4 what is the best way to learn positioning and practice it thx for making epic content to help people improve I'm also thinking about trying your coaching program aswell
Apparently, silver 3 plays better than nova 1. (He is most likely lying that he is a silver 3)
It really depends on a few factors silver hell is a real thing where lots of people who in reality are pretty good just kinda get stuck there, csgo's in game ranks are a terrible way to determine skill, an Australian silver could easily get MGE on asian servers. I am a silver and I have top fragged against many MGs I play pretty much the same as that silver.
Noel Stecher i made 3 accounts and intentionally deranked into silver just to play with my friends but all failed to stay in it. I am playing in NA tho which people might suck against other servers but I don’t think you can really stuck in silver if you really have the talent like that silver 3 in the video.

Silver is kinda hell. I had a team in cs 1.6 so we decides to play csgo too. I got my first rank gold 3. I solo queued after that so deranked to sem. These players are so unpredictable, and that makes it tough. Cleared 2 awpers on A site dust 2 and was looking for one close goose or ct ramp. Got killed by an awper in pit, not expected.

I think the second one's fault is he take the ak instead of holding to his spot coz t side wont check him there even his teammate(who died) call it. Because they know he's changing his position

yes, if the call is "the guy is NBK" them you have the following possibilities:
1) the guy change his position, probably to site, since there's no time to go truck or highway without getting to much exposure (as you said it and voo recommend)
2) the guy didn't change his position, so he's likely taking a narrower or wider angle on NBK
in any of the cases, a higher level player would check both possibilities, which means strafing on garage to check (probably) truck, lyft, quad, and heaven (this last because of possible rotations)
then proceding to check highway and NBK, then bombsite
if the CT change his position he can strafe while the T's are moving, then he can take the fight and take one or two much easily (or, if he don't get any he can give an more accurate call), If he stayed on NBK he would had gotten cleared and would stay on an much more disadvantage sittuation
CSGO did that thing where it matched myself a Master Guardian (ex LEM 5 years ago) into an LEM match, I thought I was against Master Guardians. I was not, and I went 12-24 and we lost about 13-16. I was just proud I could kill somewhat.

Hey voo, I’ve been having trouble whenever I spray. Most of the time I forget to control the recoil with its pattern in mind. ( even though I know how ) Any tips on remembering to control your spray and track your enemy? My wrist sometimes just locks up and I don’t move it for some reason when I spray, it’s really weird
the trick about aim in csgo is playing a lot of dm, for me at least
i work based on something n0thing said: the less you think about your aim, the better aimer you are
which basically means that aiming is a reflexive/working memory process, and you should left the hard thinking to rotations and protocols
i highly recommend you check n0thing videos, he's probably the most accurate person to talk about this behavior in csgo

I figure I have to make the peek to win battles, I can't just sit watching angles because of my ping, refresh rate and slowing reaction times lol I will die.

Nah that's wrong. I smurf in silver, not because I like it, just because I want to play with my friends and they are all silvers. Silvers are NOT like this guy. I swear mid round if you shift you're hearing a elephant horde. They are not checking angles (I have more success with the zeus than with a deagle sometimes). This guy has the level of an ak player. The problem is maybe that he's not patient. This is the only reason I could imagine he still being in this jokes circus.

I mean that I don't have 45 kills or 50 kills. I know that's not kind to player tryin to learn the game. That's why I make it as fair as possible/ I just want to play with some friends. They have few hours, I have few k hours. I can't change that.

Next time maybe could you try getting these tips from tier1 pros like from the top 10 teams, it would be interesting to see if there are any diffrences between a top end world class pro and a borderline pro, maybe we could see some diffrences that makes these pros stand above the rest?? I know it's gonna be hard to get them to help you, but it would be amazing if you could get them to help you since most of them are at home now.
