Who told you tata is making good car? Except for safety standards in their cars. They are no where near maruti suzuki in terms of smoothness, value for money and customer service. Better they sell only bus and truck and dont play with sentiments of their customers. You cannot blame dealer for the inefficient management. They do as the company train them.

Jitna logo ne Darraya hua hai Tata ko leke usse to bilkul ulta hi hai mujhe abhi tak koi issue nei hua. If safety is the concern go with VW or Skoda. When person buys 32 lakh car, there’s next level excitement and staff member completely ruined the experience. Dec 2023 me li thi or first service march 24 me karayi jo ki hot satisfactory thi. Hats off to maruti and say no to tata.

Same incident happen with me in Sant Motors Hyundai. Creta li thi. Gaadi petrol pump se 1 km peeche hi band pad gyi beech raaste me dekha to diesel nei tha. Jisne attend kra tha hume use phone kre to uss bande ne call hi pick nahi kra. Lift lekr petrol pump se kese krke oil laaye fir. 0r naa hi services inki achhi. Gaadi ko 2 saal hone wale hai 16k chali hai Gaadi ka left side DRL chalne band ho gya. Didn't expect this from Hyundai. Wo bechkr Fir Harrier top liya hu abhi. Jitna logo ne Darraya hua hai Tata ko leke usse to bilkul ulta hi hai mujhe abhi tak koi issue nei hua. Even mere frnd ki 2020 model h usne 1lakh+ chala di hai uski to makkhan chalti hai jese nayi hi ho. Usne hi suggest kri thi mujhe harrier. Creta se 10x zyada Mza aata hai ise chalaane me❤

When I got my car delivery from Mahindra for ScorpioN, I was told that fuel is less. They gave me token of 5ltrs fuel. They also said, its a premium car and we cant give enough free things or fuel. But they gave 5ltrs coupon of fuel to refill.

If safety is the concern go with VW or Skoda. When person buys 32 lakh car, there’s next level excitement and staff member completely ruined the experience. There’re so many similar incidents reported over TH-cam and I’m not sure why Tata isn’t addressing service and customer satisfaction areas that’s questionable.
