TVS is just like TATA. After sales service is the problem.
You just need to find out a good service center after some hit & try with several service center.
I've Apache RR310 & 2024 Tata Safari.
Really, I also had to navigate the appropriate service center.
But yes, once you find the appropriate service center, stick with them & stay friendly with technicians. Treat those technicians like a friend.
They are gonna help you off the record as well.

Royal Enfield ka bhi yahi haal hai, kayi service center ghoomne ke baad aapko koi achha service center aur experianced and honest to the job mechanic milta hai.
Mechanic chahe jitna bhi experianced kyun na ho, agar wo "motor vehicle lover" ya "honest to the job" nahi hai to wo aapki gaadi theek karne ki jagah khraab karega.
As an expert, I want to reply, but it's too late. Why did you accept the repair charges? They should repair it free of charge as a comeback job. It could be an oil filter or oil strainer problem that wasn't fixed properly, so engine oil pressure became weak and damaged the camshaft and other parts.
Bro take it to road side mechanic. They know very well compare to tvs service centre mechanics. I'm from Andhra Pradesh. Here also same situation.

@@fryingpan2168 Since it ran for few days, it is likely that the oil leaked out during that time. It could be either due to loose oil bolt or because it was intentionally done to make a TH-cam video. The engine can't run for more than 1km before the sound starts if there was no oil in the beginning itself

Worst service of TVS ,I have given my TVs raider to BINSAR TVs ,durgapuri .they didn't serviced my bike only did washing .I have told them clutch issue ,meter , mileage they hadn't done anything and told me to come later,worst and I have given them engine oil they didn't change the oil ,I will complain and put a court case against them
I am form lucknow and I have a TVS apache And i went for my first service and they made a bill of 3000 rupppee saying that they changed some part . MY bike want travelled under 600 km . I just dont understand what kind of part get change of a brand new bike under 600 km. TVS just sucks . The name of the service center is Crescendo TVS at Indira Nagar . Just dont but TVS

Same happened with me ... I had left my Hyundai i10 for service when I got back the car after service I found my rear boot door hydrolic support was changed and faulty one was fixed ... as we don't have any proof to see if such things has happened we can do anything 😊
Tvs poor aur cheap quality ka spare parts use karta hai isliye manaia vi brand new tvs xl 100 comfort leaya tha bas 3 months hu ha tha aur on road maia gari off ho jata in running condition maia akdam bakar gari tvs aur unkaia untrained technicians like🤢🤮.

Thanks for exposing this garage and bringing to the public the vulnerability of bike owners. I have a TVS bike but I do not take my bike to a TVS service station. I take it to a roadside mechanic. He services and cleans the bike thoroughly and even gets the PUC done then he delivers it to my residence, ALL FOR RS. 800/-. My bike has been running without a problem from the year 2014.

मुझे भी 9500 का चुना लगा दिया स्टार सिटी बाईक रिपेअर की 10 दिन मे वही प्रॉब्लेम clatch प्लेट खराब होती है
मेरे विचार से ये oil filter की समस्या हो सकती हैं। जिस कारण आपका इंजन oil पूरे इंजन में नहीं गया और कुछ किलोमीटर के बाद bike में बिना oil के आवाज आनी शुरू हो गई।

To be frank, TVS bikes are good, but the service is very poor. I have an Apache 180 ABS, and one year ago I requested an ABS repair. The service guys took the bike for one month and returned it to me without doing anything. It was rusted, paint peeled of and the ABS was not working. The service is terrible and unresponsive, and customers will not be satisfied with TVS service centers.
Mere pass RTR 180 thi, same problem mere saath bhi aayi thi, 3 saal 1.5 saal baad, 15-20 din mein 2 baar engine seize hua, jab service center walo ko kaha ki consumer court mein jaunga, to kehte chale jao, kuch nahi hoga log dhakke khate rehte hain finally pareshan hokar mujhr bike bechni padi. Don't buy TVS bikes very poor parts and service
Same issue I faced with ktm , engine siezed multiple times because of timing chain issue. Better to go with Japanese brands like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki.

10 km baad scooty khadi ho gayi petrol back kar gayi next day gaye ab mechanic kahani suna raha tha Cluck show padega ye hoga wo hoga. Bahar dikhaya bhai 1 minute nahi laga bahar ke mechanic ko Usne scooty set kar di, aaj tak thik chal rahi hai.

Bhai saab , Sab Thik he Service ke baad noise ana , Lekin Labour charges me 500 rs approx jo he wo service Kiya uska tha aur secondly engine Overhaul karna he uska 1200 Ra labour charges , Jo jis repairs hone he additional iska labour charges to alag hi rehne hene. Sab thik he. Don't make a Big issues by posting.

हर service वालों यही बात बताते हैं कि service के बाद कुछ प्रॉब्लेम आ गया तो लेके आइए ठीक कर देंगे. मशीन है, दिक्कतें पैदा हो सकते हैं. लेकिन वह mechanic ने जो कह दिया कि काम है, इस बात पर बहस हो जाती है. उन्हें कहना चाहिए, "देख रहा हूँ". काम है मतलब काम क्या किए?
भाई गाड़ी की सर्विस हमेशा अपने सामने कराया करो जब वो आपके सामने सर्विस करने से मना करे तो वहा समझ लो गड़बड़ है ये दिक्कत किसी भी कंपनी की गाड़ी में हो सकती है ज्यादा तर सर्विस सेंटर वाले चोर होते हैं 🙏

. Khud chala ke dekh le bike bina engine oil ke. Engine oil lubricating karke engine components ko thanda rakhta hai. Agar tum bina engine oil ke chalate ho roj short runs ne jaise ke 8-10km. To wo without engine oil chalta rehega. Aur bearing aur components slowly damage hote rahenge. Baad me jab apne engine oil daal bhi liya to bhi wo friction hota rehega aur bas damage hona slow ho jayega. Kisi stage pe aakar engine ke components itne damage ho jayenge ke bike band ho jayegi. Agar nahi pata to try karke dekho.
Maan ko aap ki leg ki bone tut gayi aur aap hospital gaye. 2 din Baad heart attack Aa Gaya. To kya aap unko blame karoge ke apki vajah as heart attack aya? Heart ki blockage kuch Dino me nahi hoti. Months or years lagte hai.
Engine oil agar unhone replace bhi nahi kiya to aise bike seize nahi honi chaiye. Oil ki quantity poori honi chaiye. Jo ke almost poora nikla. Unse cctv footage niklvao ke engine oil replace kiya hai ya nahi. Agar kiya hai to kahi purana hi to nahi dala.

My NTORQ is also spoiled by TVS. All services done on time, everything repaired or replaced but still TVS is TVS. Fed up of this brand. Never gonna buy anything from TVS now. RIP TVS.

I also had a bad experience with TVS service centre. There was no problem in my bike when I gave them, soon after the the service the bike it developed a short circuit problem. I took the bike 2 times and they thoroughly checked it but could not solve the problem.
Luckily a local bike shop solved it within an hour. Before that I lost hope.
I want to inform people that Service Centre takes exorbitant charge and provides sub-standard service. Local bike shops sometimes offer great service at low charge.

I have Rtr 160 4v 2021 bs6 . Recently my bike Reached 52000 km .
Clutch plates changed total company setup but not satisfied.(compared to sealed )
At 55000 km cleaned 1st time fuel corporator .problem is service centre guys doesn't fix properly into the Engine head. Due to these reason bike suddenly stops at low RPM with engine fail loud sound. I got scared several times. When contact to the service centre they connect to machine then update the software..........😅😅 But..... no result.
I realised and I carefully observe the fuel corporator ..
When I fix it properly problem gone.😂😂😂😂.
Finally I think service centre is only Name ....not a reliable area....

Mere paas bhi Apache RTR160 4V hai, service centre wale kuch bhi jaante, bss oil change karte hai, wheel remove karke greasing karte hai, then break acha tha usko bigaad dete hai, ek time to saale ne chain loose karke screw tight hi nhi kiya aur mai bhi dekha, and maine 4 km jaake notice kiya kuch screw loose hone ki awaz aa rhi hai. Tabse muze service centre pe trust nahi rha. TVS Service Faltu hai

People won't maintain the bike properly and once given for general service then they feel like the whole responsibility should be on the service centre, this is not at all fair. This has become a habit for most of the amateur automobile consumers.

Uss naye bande ne .... scooty me jitni engine oil dalni chahiye chahiye , usee 200 ml zyada daal diya .... Result, Oil pump hi khraab kr diya .... Mujhe shaq hua ki kuch toh gadbad hui hai meri scooty ke saath .... Qki ... Engine zaroorat se zyada heat karne lagi .... Authorized service centre walon ka kehna tha ki....sab kuch normal hai ... Mere baar baar pressure dene par ...unhone jab dhang se meri scooty check kari ...toh pata laga ki.... scooty oil supply ni kr rhi thi.... Isliye overheating ho rahi thi .... After 1 yr of so called free service and then 1 yr of amc seevice i stopped servicing my 160 4v from service centre. I get it done in local shop of my known. Ngl but bike running so smooth after servicing in local shop. I just do time to time regular oiling and service after 5k km nothing else. bike is doing great.
Agar aap khade hoke service nahi karwaoge to yahi hoga. Maine Royal Enfield ki service karwai sab kuch thik tha magar 2 din baad pata chala ki inhone break pad change nahi kiya tha aur uska bhi bill bana diya tha. Service walo ko data tab jake unhone change kar ke diya. Agar aap nahi dekhoge to yahi hoga.

Meri apache 200 ki 2 nd service me carburetor tune kar ke kharab kar diya tha service center wala...
Maine phir mail kiya tvs ko 1 ticket generate kiya tvs ne ..phir 3 month laga new carburetor aane me ...
Or new carburetor laga meri bike me free of cost
Gadi me kami hone par ye awaje aana normally hai or Jo labour charge joda hai vo engine ke kam ki hai agar pahle engine ka kam karwa lete to service charge free ho sakta tha

I don't trust my bike to the service centre because I can't see what they are doing. Better give service to the local workshop at least you too learnt the process.
