Align T Rex 550X Check flight 1 (in 4K)

- This is my first Operational Check Flight on the 550X. The ESC is set to governor mode, the 50% calibration has been completed. The idea here is to feel out the Idle settings/transitions, check the FBL flight style setting, monitor tail response and get a general feel for how everything works together. With all of my "out of the box" settings this check flight went GREAT...next its time to take it to the field where I can really turn it loose, try out some 3D and see what this BEAST can do :)

When I was a young kid helicopters like this weren’t really an option…I imagined having one…and seeing the view from the helicopter…one day decided to try make that vision a reality😎

This type of flight is the most exciting but if you haven’t built 100 helicopters it’s a GREAT idea. Almost always find something or tweek settings…something😎

The Altimeter seems to be funny and wander at times but the direction and speed have been spot on when checked. Thanks for tuning in!
