    I love your low impact workouts with and without your mom. Music is uplifting silent instructions are easy to follow cats make me smile. I'm 59 gave up work no income for a few years so very grateful to you for making these fun sessions available to everyone. Thank you x

    (edited) .. i was 96 kg .. now I'm 90 kg i lost 6 kg in 2 weeks just with your workout .. without a diet .. now I'm planning to start an intermediate fasting and a diet i think the results would be great .. my goal weight is 56 kg

      Kelley Wyskiel. I understand great sorrows in regard to LIFE ugggh yesterday was my 5th year husbands death anniversary. I was gonna go work with RTTR i went to bed and cried myself to sleep. I WILL GO TODAY!!! Im AM the only one smiling at the gym as i step dance away 😊 you got this Kelley.... and so do i.

    This work out is fun and enjoyable; even the music that is played with it is also dance able. Even a 70 year old will be able to follow the moves. One thing that is also good is the absence of advertisements. I like it, Keoni.

    I think your workouts keep getting better and better! Love the moves, loved the music, love that you even snuck in some toning moves. Just what I need right now.     I'm loving your speed walk workouts. Your step count is the closest to accurate I can find. I hope you'll do many more 30-, 45-, and 60-minute versions.

    Love this workout. Great music and rhythm with steps I can do. And It reliably gives over 4000 steps in 30 minutes! So when the end of the day comes and I’m short…Lol thank you!
