I suffered from herniations multiply years. The cure was (and still is) a real domestically grown food. Also I stopped consuming grains and breads or seed oils. Now I can heavy lift again and sleep much better. Basically what you need is a free range grass fed mutton fat and meet, pasture raised eggs and some leafy green vegetables. No nightshades like potatos, which are causing inflammation. Some fats can be inflammatory as well lile supermarket pork fat and poultry. And don't do vegan diet, it will ruin your health for sure.
By vegan I mean vegetarian as well. And it goes without saying that sugary products and fruits are rising insulin drastically and can cause inflammation and autoimmune reactions. And not caffeine. th-cam.com/video/y_xA70lWrDs/w-d-xo.html

Thank you! And thanks for the question, this made me notice there was a typo in the subtitles: it's "työnteon" with an -n in the middle ;) I corrected it now. The basic form is 'työnteko'. So 'teko' here means 'doing', and this could be translated literally as 'doing of work'. As you might know, in Finnish that's formed as a genetive, so 'työn' comes from the genetive of 'työ'. Very weirdly explained but I hope you understand!
Oh thank you - but remember that this is just one day, and usually "life happens" and often I'm exhausted after a long day and spend all evening on the couch with Netflix :P

Good question - I have no idea (neither does Google), but everyone uses it in Finnish :D
According to Wiktionary, it was borrowed from Swedish 'just'
And the final question - does this video consist completely of common-spoken finnish using a little bit of slang words?
