Do I wash off the ache cream after using or let it dry into my skin?
It really works Great it has reduced my acne super fast but please check one problem about irritation and redness it causes to a blemish after some time of use . Awesome product any way Brother.

What if you had Super Serum?? Can that be used after putting on Acne cream and than AM Moisturizer or don’t use Serum? I just received my Tiege Handly Level 3 with Acne Cream and I wanna know if it’s a go to continue using the same routine just that with Acne Moisturizer having to step in line with Wash, Scrub, now Ance, Serum, Eyes, and AM. I’ve been using Level 3 before I decided to purchase Acne Moisturizer and it’s working like a charm. I love Tiege Handly. Enhance the Handsomely mood!

I have pretty severe acne in my chest and arm area. Is this product just for the face or could this also help with my problem?
While it is safe to use our products on other parts of your body, at this time, we do not offer any body specific products.
I got my skin care system lvl 3 about a week ago is amazing the result but I have some acne and I really wanted to try the acne system, is recommended to use both system separate or I can mix them both use the level 3 skin system routine, if so I just add the acne cream after the super seirum

When is time to start use level 2 after level 1?
The Systems are not set up in steps (i.e. use Level 1 then use Level 2). You choose the system based off your skin care needs. Acne Level 2 is for severe acne, whereas Acne Level 1 is for moderate to light acne.
What do you mean by apply the acne cream separately 3 different times? Like apply around your whole face 3 different times or apply to chin middle part of the face and fore head?
The 3 pumps of ACNE is meant to cover your entire face.
I bought this product since july of 2018 and my skin has cleared. My neck was still having issues but after a while my acne was going away. However, for some reason i still get pimples on my neck and on my cheeks. Any recommendations? I use level 2 acne system . Should i just go to level 1 because my acne is not severe anymore. Only some days my acne does get bad but other days my acne is not there as much. Is this because i dont need level 2 anymore.? Overall great product because it did clear majority of my acne

Isnt it too much to scrub and use salicylic acid at the same time?
Since they have different types of exfoliating properties, there isn't an issue with doing both. Also, since we include salicylic acid in a moisturizer, it helps with this concern.
If I have scars on my face, which one do you recommend using level 1 or level 2?

Yes you can! If you're currently a customer, log in to your account and you can add an ACNE cream to a Level 3 box in your dashboard.
Do u wash the AM AND PM after applying ?
The AM / PM will stay on throughout the day (You do not wash this off). Let me know if you have any other questions!

You can use either warm or cold water to rinse your face, but for best results, rinse your face first with warm water prior to using the products to open your pores, then rinse them off with cold water to close your pores.

So I just ordered a Level 2 Acne System, I was wondering since I'm 16 years Old would it work well I have Moderate Acne and Needed this after a ton of different Acne washes that Didn't work
Stick to the routine for 3-4 weeks. Do your best to follow it. Additional tips include using warm (but not hot) water before using the products and using cool water to rinse the WASH and SCRUB products off. Be gentle when using the SCRUB. Always use a clean towel to pat dry (do not rub your face) and wash you pillow sheets weekly. Drink lots of water, exercise and try to cut back on any sugary foods and drinks. Do we not apply the PM when doing the acne system b4 bed?
Correct. The ACNE product would replace the PM product in your night routine.
Will this help to reduce dark spots aswell?
The products aren’t formulated to specifically repair dark spots or scars, but we definitely recommend our products to clean your skin, moisturize/hydrate your skin, and gently exfoliate to brighten your skin by allowing newer skin cells to surface.
Do you leave the acne cream on face over night or do you wash it off??
Leave on the Acne Cream.
After applying acne cream at night, can I sleep normally on the side of my face with it on?
Yes! Wait a couple minutes for the products to absorb into your skin 🙏

No need to wait. Just make sure the product is full absorbed into your skin before moving onto from the ACNE cream to the AM moisturizer during the morning application.

Do we rinse after wash in the morning on the days we don’t do the scrub?
You should always rinse the WASH and SCRUB products off of your face and pat dry before apply the ACNE or AM products. And then you are good to go! Hopefully that answers your question. 🙌

I’m 14 with really bad acne around my whole face. I have acne around my eye area, my forehead, nose, chin, jawline, and cheeks. Do I use this? And will this help or make it worse?
At 14, we'd recommend contacting your doctor prior to use.
Do we leave the acne cream on overnight?
Yes! It will absorb into your skin.
My skin always feels incredibly oily throughout the day after applying Tiege. Usually it starts to feel like that after applying ACNE or AM cream. Am I doing anything wrong? The skin feels clean after WASH but after applying moisturizer everything just feels so oily for the whole day.
Our products have been designed for all skin types and they are very light compared to other products on the market. However, everyone is different when it comes to their skin, so we can’t guarantee our products will eliminate the oil from your skin entirely.

Yes you can use SERUM if you'd like. Apply it prior to using ACNE.
