Is it common for certain people to get headaches after using this?
Really looking forward to ur product and want to use them but it is unavailable in Pakistan and the international shipping and currency value make it much expensive here and also dont knw whether it going to be delivered to my address or not ?

Hi I just started using this, my package arrived yesterday. So my question is, do I use the WASH twice a day in the morning and evening before AM and PM or do I only use it once per day? :)
Also do you dry your face with a towel after wetting it with water before applying the WASH or does your face have to be wet when applying the creme?
And one last thing what happens if you accidentally get a bit of the WASH in your eyes?
Hey Jonathan! Yes you are going to use WASH twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening, followed by either AM or PM. You would want your face to be wet before applying WASH. Pat dry with a towel after using WASH. Try your best to avoid contact with your eyes. If you do happen to get product in your eye flush it immediately.
Alpha, should I use my spin brush when using the wash?
Aaron uses his spin brush twice a day, and you can use our WASH with the spin brush. We don't recommend using your spin brush on the same day you use our SCRUB.
How long do you leave it on your face? Do you just immediately wash it off after you massage it on?
You don't need to let WASH sit on your face for a certain amount of time. Rubbing it into your skin while washing your face will remove the excess oil and grime! You can rinse it off with water after applying to your face.

Do you need to dry your face when applying the facial wash or do you keep it wet. I’ve never used any sort of skincare product before
You would not want to dry your face after applying the WASH on a SCRUB day. If it is not a SCRUB day, you would dry your face prior to applying the finishing products (EYES, SERUM, AM/PM, or ACNE).
@TheMamadoubarry We recommend using our products when you wake up and right before going to bed. Washing your face any more than twice a day can end up doing more harm than good.
