I’ve been needing a skincare routine for a while now. I’m a high school swimmer and after 2 hours of swimming 6 days a week, my face is so dried out and flaky it’s horrible.

I got step 3, but I added the retinol stick. Based on my research, if I’m correct you apply the retinol stick after the eye cream, and before the AM or PM moisturizer. Sound about right?
Tried it really dried out my skin that’s naturally oily won’t discourage people tho everyone’s skin is different really wanted it to work

Thanks alot, great video! I just bought my first round and got it sent to Germany. Do you know any other product that might be as good as Tiege in europe? i feel it might be a bit expensive getting it here. It would be more cheap maybe to buy something already from europe.

Yes you can! I would recommend the AM moisturizer since it has SPF in it to protect your skin against the sun during day time.

@@Meninfluencersorry another question..one of the instructions says use a sunscreen every 2 hours after the am moisturizer..soo should I put sunscreen on immediately after I use the am moisturizer like if I’m heading out? And do you have any really good sunscreens to recommend..please get back to me bro!!
