I used the AM moisterizer for months until one day .. I was massaging it around my eyes and it irritated my lower eye region .. I hate to give this up .. can u give me some advice ?

Correct, you would apply ACNE and then the AM moisturizer. Both are leave on products.
When it says repeat three times for the acne cream, does it mean one squirt then apply then do that three times?

While it is safe to use our products on other parts of your body, at this time, we do not offer any products specific to body acne.
Our principle acne product is of course our ACNE Cream. It's a facial moisturizer that uses the active ingredient Salicylic Acid, an FDA approved over the counter acne fighter. You can use that on your body acne as well as your face.
Try using one pump of Acne Cream and see how far that goes to apply a thin layer over the acne-prone area. More is not better. If you need two pumps to get coverage, do two pumps, and so on. We don't have a usage amount for using Acne Cream on body acne. You would do one application per day.
Another product to try would be our SCRUB Body Bar. By exfoliating your skin you clear clogged pores and knock out dead skin cells, allowing new skin cells to surface. If you exfoliate and apply acne cream after you dry off you have a body care system!

I've been doing Skin care level 3 for a few months and love it. I started TRT, and acne is showing up. Should I switch to Acne 1? If so, can I still use Eyes and Super Serum?
It sounds like it could be a good idea. Having a skin care routine will fight off some bumps and buildup, but if you're developing mild to moderate acne our Acne system will help you prevent those future breakouts.
So should i updrage to level 2 the next month or should i keep buying level 1 whenever i finish the pack??

With the face wash do I apply, rinse and then dry or do I just rub it on like the moisturizer?
First use warm but not hot water to wet your face. Then gently apply WASH all over your face in a circular motion. Rinse it off with cool water. (some process for SCRUB)
Then gently pat your face dry with a clean towel. Never rub your face with the towel. And finally apply ACNE or AM as a leave on moisturizer that will absorb into your skin.
Try not to touch your face throughout the day! Hope the helps 🙏

Yes, you would rinse your face before applying the WASH. You would not shower after applying the products. You can use WASH and SCRUB in the shower, and then apply either AM or ACNE.

The products are not specifically designed to combat fungal acne.

I need to get rid of dead skin cells to prevent acne but when i use scrub it makes my acne worse...Should i switch from mechanical exfoliation to chemical one or what can i do about it ? Thank you for you answer :)
The scrub should not make your acne worse. Make sure you are being very gentle when apply the product and do not use hot water. If you are concerned and would like to switch something up then we would recommend switching to Level 0 and adding SERUM to your routine. SERUM is a mild chemical exfoliant, and by bringing new skin cells to the surface it's a booster for Acne Cream.

Yes you should! But you can try reducing the amount of AM you use if you find your skin is a bit too oily.
So when I use my wash it's kind of bubbling on my face it's kinda like wet but on the video it doesnt look wet or bubbly at all but mine is wet and bubbly when I put it on my face

Just purchased this not too long ago, the A.m moisturizer is super small, can this really last a whole month before the 2nd delivery arrives?
Yes the systems has been designed to last 30 days if used as recommended. A little goes a long way. Using too much product can cause breakouts and it obviously costs more money. Does using the level 1 system take longer effect than the level 2 system ?
We recommend the Level 1 system for mid to moderate acne and the Level 2 system for severe acne.

Tiege Hanley I have a couple questions is this good for 14 year olds. Also because I wear a mask at school can that take away the effect of the wash and moisturizer that I use in the morning.
If you are 15 years old or younger, we would suggest talking to your primary care physician or a dermatologist to see if our products are a good fit for you. To answer your other question, a mask should not cause problems as long as you have a consistent skin care routine and a clean mask 💪

I just bought the level 1, but I have bad acne and acne scars, will this help?
While the products aren’t specifically designed to repair acne scars, they will clean your skin, moisturize/hydrate your skin, and gently exfoliate to brighten your skin by allowing newer skin cells to surface. This cellular turnover should help reduce scarring over time.

You would leave the ACNE cream on, as it is a leave-on product. We do not recommend using the PM with ACNE, which is why we do not include that product in the Acne Systems. The PM moisturizer can be used as an all-purpose moisturizer, or throughout the day.

You're going to want to leave your AM moisturizer on throughout the day to keep your skin moist and protected from the suns harmful rays. After washing your face at night and applying your ACNE Cream you're going to leave it on throughout the night until you wash again in the morning :)

Wondering how to use everything together. I bought level 3 tiege hanley, and then purchased clay mask and acne separately. What's the order for everything together? I was doing Morning: wash, scrub (twice a week), serum, eyes, am and then Evening: wash, serum, eyes, pm and then started substituting acne for pm insread. How do i get the clay mask in and should i still be using pm with the acne??? Im so lost..m
Your routine is good! The morning routine is perfect and you can either substitute Acne for PM or apply a small layer of PM over Acne at night. In terms of the clay mask, you may want to use this product time to time depending on how oily your skin feels. Start by introducing it once a week and see how your skin reacts. Consider using it once every other week or weekly. Keep on rockin!

You can use WASH and SCRUB before, during, or after you shower. It's your choice. Always use AM and ACNE after you shower.

Which product are you referring to? If you're talking about the WASH and SCRUB, the answer is yes. If you're referring to the ACNE or AM moisturizer, the answer is no.
How long does it take approximately to start seeing results in terms of acne reduction?
We have had customers see improvements in their skin in as few as 7 days, but everyone’s skin is different, so we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees regarding results. Our recommendation is to use the product for about 3 weeks, which should be enough time to make a pretty firm judgment call on whether the system is something you’d like to continue using.
Tiege Hanley Great I have received my package and started using it and I do see my skin is getting better with reduced acne level 😍. But I have one query that since I come home from work/shopping in the evening I usually wash my face and need to put some sort of moisturizer and the AM moisturizer is very small in sample size so can I use any other brand moisturizer? Acne cream I have kept for night time as recommended

I’ve been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and I noticed I started getting more acne. It feels kinda painful when I touch my face at night, I don’t know if that’s just my face getting used to it.

Does this only work for acne
The Acne System is a better option than a system with heavier moisturizers, even if you don't have acne. It will provide just the right amount of skin hydration and help with blackheads and acne scars.
