Can I sell danishes, or any types of baked goods with cream cheese that's baked in the oven, not frosting, it can sit on shelf afterwards. And can I sell baked goods that's baked with berries in the oven

these are time sensitives due to the cream cheese almost every state does not allow this type of filling it would need a commercial kitchen

I have not seen a specific age on any information I have come across BUT I owould think you need to be 18 due to the nature of the business
