My question is , can I buy a cargo trailer and convert it into a private commercial kitchen ? I am very health conscious so I would not use a shared kitchen . For my food truck that I want , I won’t be cooking my food in the kitchen but on the truck itself. The only thing I would do is use it for food prep and storage. So would I need all the cooking equipment in order to be a licensed commercial kitchen? I’m asking but I am definitely going to do the research as well for what’s required by my state and city. 😊
one can park your food truck on your own propert, as long as you don't live in an hoa, or other restricted area. it doesnt' even have to be commercially zoned. this video has alot of assumptions as to the type of city and density the person is watching from. it could be elaborated into different city types etc...
yes all food for MOBULE food businesses MUST have a commissary kitchen as a base of operation you might want to checkout our food truck business channel we launched called "Food Truck Freeks" we have videos on this channel for food truck
@@MarketingFoodOnline so the truck if outfitted with everything a commisary has, making it a commercial kitchen (a fancy word commisary ), it should be able to be it's own commisary. in nc it's unconstiutional to require a "commisary'' (FORCED to rent from a restaurant, if your home set up , or food truck meet the requierments ) . theres' no reason a food truck cannot be it's own commisary.

What websites should I be looking at for my state, Mississippi?
Mississippi is not a food truck friendly state. Nothing is consistent and each city has their own rules. We are finding out the hard way.
you left out owning your own commisary in a garage or other structure on your own property.
3 minute videos please. Too long.
I appreciate all the info I can get
