I am having the same issue, but it was not due to a mouse. I havent checked the ECM or jumped the relay yet I swear each time I fix something on this car something else goes out. I Just replaced the vacuum pump, water pump, the wiring for the HID lights and then a week later it wont start. Last year replaced the Intake manifold, did the carb clean, injectors, resealed valve cover, replaced rear speed sensors, timing cover, engine mounts, PCV valve, heater hose and so on. smh
I am having the same issue as well. Once I changed out my radiator for a high performance one with a Mercedes radiator sensor the car went to shit. It won't start. There's power but it just won't turn on. It tries to turn on but never turns over. I don't want to take it over to the dealership because they're all dumbasses there and charge a grip load.
You aren’t alone I have to get a new turbocharge more than likely doing to the wAstegate collapsing according to a mechanic in my area on top of having a no start issue
Hey I’m having an issue with my 2012 GTI where once it rains the car doesn’t start but once it’s dry or warm it starts but it say “button for driver assistant defective” “service brakes” but the car is parked also only gauges that works is the fuel gauge and it doesn’t say the actual fuel that is in the vehicle it goes from full to empty. If any one has had similar problems can help me diagnose mines thanks. I can also send videos of what’s occurring also
@@carwerks101 well the values have zero compression and the fuel. Pump is OK. Bought with no oil in the engine block. I think I will sell it to the breakers for scrap.
