Thanks for the alorithm love! Sorry to hear it wasn't the right vid. Is there another video we could have produced that would have answered your question?
Hi Jerio, it was our pleasure - and thank YOU for checking out HubSpot Hacks! Make you like and subscribe for all the latest and greatest HubSpot Hacks!
Thank you for making this so easy to understand. You do have a knack for explaining things clearly and you always try and remember to mention even the smallest details in order to add as much value as possible within the given time. Great job👍
Great videos on all fronts!! Love it! QUESTION: When you set up the "goal", you mention that this is the thing that will auto-unenroll them from the workflow. If you don't want them to ever un-enroll but just want them to get amazing information in timed sequence, is this doable? Can you do a workflow without a goal and just "let it flow"? :)
Hey Eric - not sure exactly what you're asking....are you wanting to basically do a drip campaign forever? Or enroll them in a sequence to get a series of 5 or 7 emails for example? One thing to note is that if they don't open an email for about 11 times or more, they then become what HubSpot calls "unengaged" and can actually hurt your overall email deliverability. So something to watch for. Let us know if you wanna clarify and perhaps we can help you pinpoint the answer!
You'd likely want specific categories to classify contacts - guessing that you have both company contacts and potential candidate contacts. You'll need a way to easily segment the two.
Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks. Goals are only available for contact workflows, and they can be found in the white menu row towards the top. I hope this helps!
Are there resources for form templates to use such as the 30-minuet consultation request form? I see lots of workflow examples but I'm looking for help with the actual content and forms within the workflow. This video was very helpful. Thanks.
When you create a new form, you have the option to create a form from scratch or to use a template. Standard forms can be stylized when designing a landing page or website page. Read more in this Knowledgebase article: knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/set-up-and-style-forms-on-hubspot-pages?KBOpenTab
Where did you get a Lamp like the one behind you? Is that a special light. It doesnt illuminate light like a normal lamp. Would be perfect for zoom calls.
Hey Mitch - we've bounced back and forth between a lapel mic and the snowball mic. For the lapel mic, it's just a Rode microphone, run into an external audio recorder. www.rode.com/microphones/lavalier www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1253811-REG/zoom_h4npro_4_channel_handy_recorder.html The snowball is a usb connection that records into our screencast software (audio input = blue snowball) www.bluedesigns.com/products/snowball/ Both audio tracks have to be synced in post production, but if you're careful with your preproduction planning, it should be fairly easy. Let us know when you launch and we'll take a look at what you're up to!
Hi guys anyone can answer if he knows . Can I access specific names who have received the mail or can I filter out specific names who recoeve the mails but do not respond with in a given fram of time ?
Your email analytics will show you the specific names of those people who responded within a timeframe. You will then know which people who did not respond.

@@HubSpotHacks yes. is there a way to track and find out who registered but didn't attend your webinar and automatically push an email out to them?
@@joellim7010 Yes. This could be accomplished with the zoom integration and a workflow + automated email!
The best video if anyone wants to know about workflows
Such precise explanation

Do you have a suggestion to properly setup hubspot CRM for recruiters?
You'd likely want specific categories to classify contacts - guessing that you have both company contacts and potential candidate contacts. You'll need a way to easily segment the two.
Nice video, thanks!
We're glad you enjoyed it!

Do you need the paid version of Hubspot for this (and how much is it?) :-) Thanks
+Simon Goode yes, you need marketing pro for marketing workflows.

I think the light behind us is a basic lamp but with a Phillips smart light bulb that you can set from your iPhone and in different colors
Curious, what kind of mic are you using, if any. Looking to start videos and have a DSLR camera but the onboard mic is junk

Where tf is the automation button
You must have the HubSpot Marketing Pro or Sales Pro subscription to view the Automation menu.
