    The example you used in this video is when someone downloaded your Ebook from your website, they will go through the sequence you created. However, based on my understanding, when a person downloaded an Ebook, an email should be automatically send to them immediately which is why using workflow would be more ideal than using sequence for this case. isn't it?

      yes in some cases, no in others. Emails delivered via workflows are "marketing emails" which tend to be more flashy and are a one-to-many email delivery. If you did want to create a personalized experience that has a person-to-person feel, you could use a sequence. Note, for auto enrollment in a sequence though you would need sales enterprise. Good question!

      @@HubSpotHacks what???? workflows are not a 1 to many. They can be used for every opt-in and HS gives you the ability to make them very personal. I agree with Joel- workflows for opt-ins all day long
