BEST HOUR PILATES WORKOUT YET! This is the first 60 min pilates video I have been able to do all the way through without almost passing out by the end. So so amazing. First time with this instructor and channel... I love the speed and voice cues. I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10 for my rating of difficulty, it is at 8 because of length and endurance. I enjoyed the challenge, but the gentle speed of transitions insured that I would not hurt myself. Some Pilates videos are super quick transitions and I feel it's an easy way to hurt yourself. I am 42-year-old female if anybody is interested in demographics. I do get some knee pain and hip pain so I do need to be more gentle than when I was in my '30s. Beautiful video Thank you for sharing.

Absolutely amazing! I am used to weight training but due to an injury of my knee, I have been looking for alternatives. This strengthening Pilates workout was challenging and this was exactly what I wanted.

@@kaymalishacs8527 thank you, I hope you are having a great weekend as well! 😊 So yes, first of all, it's okay whhen you lose balance here and there, it's absolutely normal and happens to all of us, but the more often you do it, the easier it gets, so just practice is the first tip I can give you! Second, it's great that you keep your awareness on activating your core, thats really important - what you can also focus more on is grounding down through the sole of your front foot as well as your back toes. When you step into your lunge pose, take a moment to really feel the ground (or mat) beneath you and imagine as if you were growing roots😊 also make sure to keep your chest lifted and reach the crown of your head up to grow tall and feel stable! Furthermore, make sure your hips are in one line - you can put your hands on your hips to check if your alignment is right😊 and lastly, move with your breath and maybe slow down the movement until you feel comfortable and then you can pick up the pace (if you want to) 😊 hope this helps😊😊
