I'm no GTA hardcore fan but fuck getting GTA6, GTA5 was shit apart from some things, homing launcher weapons and vehicles ruined it for me. GTA4 online will forever have a place in my heart, chasing down someone in a car chase, I felt like in the Bourne films or some shit. Now gun fights and car chases have no value as they finish in 5 seconds.

I uninstalled Vice City out of rage. The mission “Cop Land” is completely broken. After 20 attempts, I just quit and gave up. I’d rather do that, than launch my controller through my TV.
I have seen a video on TH-cam where that mission was buggy as hell...
If I want all my music intact, and a bug free game I just have to launch the original one and keep my sanity.

Any version of GTA SA other than the PS2 version doesn't feel like a true San Andreas experience to me. It just feels and plays perfect, true to developer intention on the PS2/PS2 Emulator.

@@furiosound Some details that make the game world alive and most importantly the visuals! they set the mood right on ps2. You can get all the ps2 stuff on pc too with modding by the way. Its just a personal preference that i love playing it on ps2.

Someone who used to be a brother to me passed away earlier this year. I had so much reluctant hope for this trilogy since this is exactly what we would do after school through most of our early teen years. I'm so beyond hurt and disappointed that this got released in the state that it did. I just wanted to go back to a time before sex and drugs and addictions and demons and social media to a time where all we had to do was play GTA on a 13" CRT, talk about girls, and do my math homework if there was still time left when I got home. Thanks Rockstar. You really fucked this up.

To be honest even before the og staff of rockstar left they did make ports of the old games but they were shitty, only difference is they didn’t take down fan made mods so it made no effect at all.
They also didn't get rid of the originals, making the shitty versions the only ones you could play.

The old team just didn't bring mods down. They didn't bother fixing bugs after release of their old titles either, but at least fans managed to do it.
I played the first GTA way back in 1997, I was 9 at the time. We just moved house and my older brother lent us his PS1 and I played GTA when it was run by DMA Design at the time. Played the series ever since. This DE is just depressing. They should have done what Mafia and Destroy All Humans did with their full on remakes, but that would be effort now.

I can't figure out how anyone could be excited for GTA 6. I guarantee it's going to be an absolute train wreck. It's interesting how almost all games are trash now, and it even affected the ones that were at the very top at one point, Rockstar Games.
Only one I see that's promising is Dying light 2 and everyone has gotten a chance to try it and show their own gameplay of it and they all say it's perfect and from the gameplay they recorded and what they said I have high expectations for Dying light 2. Techland is gonna walk all over rockstar, Bethesda, EA, Take 2, basically everyone

I remember when GTA Online came out. Creating your own character and putting yourself on the GTA scene as yourself, owning cars, guns, businesses etc. Was great, but I never knew that GTA Online would have been the beginning of the end for Rockstar. It seems like everything started to go downhill with GTA Online. They were the only company that I have respect and love for, but... all good things must come to an end.

Only difference was that no one really cared about Saints Row 3 remastered as much the definitive edition of GTA Trilogy. Another bad definitive edition was mafia 2. @@koniczka2000 I don't know if they fixed any bugs yet. I stopped playing as soon as I beat the remaster on Xbox one. I play the switch version because that one was more convenient and had a majority of glitches/framerate issues patched out.

Will they give us new games? Yes
Will they be the same quality as before? Probably no. They will keep making mediocre games until their name loses the momentum they have.
I felt every word. It’s sad to see the company and franchise that we all fell in love with, go out sad like this. I had high hopes and I know I shouldn’t have, but for once I wanted to feel like Rockstar had their shit together and they dropped the ball once again. At this point I truly don’t even care about GTA 6. I can only imagine what a shit show that’s gonna be if they can’t even get a 20 year old game to run properly. I took a L wasting $60 on this but I’ll take it as a learning experience. Shit is just sad man.

@@headshotmaster138 that grille is nothing compared to introduction of weird electronics, unnecessarily complicated designs for every single part and crazy unreliability, bmw slowly going "up segment" to a completely irrelevant audience that are just interested in the badge and the "luxury" obnoxious gimmicky tech, and nothing about the driving mechanics, which made the old bimmers what they are. heck even their identity was built around driving pleasure. So, no just changing the size of a grille isnt going to fix a lot. They still have some models that are not half bad though.
Rockstar Games got the whole squad laughing, I hope "Everywhere" contends with them, it's like they need competition to make content/ good content...

they see us as a money bill . i miss the days when they cared for their community and had controversies everywhere but still had the support of their community . i miss ps3 and xbox 360 era when they put their sweat and tears into gta 5 and were excited to show it to the people who supported them when they were NOTHING . I miss the rockstar that actually listened to their community and made the next game better . gta 3 and san andreas were my favorite games , and now they found a way to make me hate them . this is sad to see that the company i supported since my childhood slowly fall down to the level of careless devs .

To be honest, I really hope this release was a wake up call to Rockstar to get their shit in check for whatever they release next, I'm not gonna hype it up but I will remain optimistic
The amount of emotion you put into this video truly demonstrates how passionate us fans are about the games produced by Rockstar. I just can't fathom how tone-deaf a company can be to not notice ANYTHING that their fans ask of them, criticize them on, or support them on. It's just... INCREDIBLE to say the least.
They know about all the criticisms, but they could care less. They'd rather turn the blind side and act like all the negative feedback doesn't exist. The only exception was recently with the Definitive Editions since the launch was by far the worst thing since Cyberpunk 2077. In most other situations like gta online constantly getting criticized for what it has become is completely ignored by Rockstar, because it's their way or go fuck yourself. You have to obide by their rules, or you're screwed. Man it just makes me sad seeing what they've become in recent years compared to how they used to be. Their golden age is long past them.

It was over once Leslie Benzies was pushed out. He saved them in the past and helped make the originals great games. Unfortunately his upcoming payouts were imminent and to stop him getting his bonuses they fired him.
Also he was championing story mode dlc over gta 5 online updates.
