If by improving you mean making the latest Galaxy S and last two Galaxy Note generations look as generic, as every other smartphone, that tries to look as similar to the latest iPhone as possible, sure, I agree.

Had the S3, S5 and S8. S8 is hands down my favorite phone of all time. Just had a major wow factor that no other phone gave me. Looked insanely futuristic and my friends with iPhones were all ready to go buy one lol. Have since switched to iPhone for the convenience but I still miss my S8

I remember how excited I was to be getting such a futuristic looking phone (that even made the current iPhones at the time, look very outdated). With no physical front buttons and almost entirely just full screen. I'm still very happy with it but I will be upgrading soon.
Now all I have to do is decide which of the S20 series I'll be getting.

I prefer when the phone doesn't have curved screen (like all the phone before the s6) with the home button, back button, etc.

Somewhere on one of MrWhoseTheBoss's videos, he explained how it was a failure because within the same year, companies found out instead of having separate pieces of glass to move to zoom in, just use more cameras on the back of the phones.
