You can feel the ideological differences between the white and red army just by listening to these songs.
One was pro-entente capitalist russian who wanted to restore the republican or monarchy.
One were revolting peasants, workers and soldiers.
People during white lead suffered, Nicholas ruined Russia totally, but what had came somewhat after Lenin's death, was far worse, *far*, not speaking about that Lenin's lead despite being better than of the last Tsar for couple of last years wasn't any ideal as well

One of the reasons Whites lost was, it was difficult for them to recruit peasants, as they were restoring the land back to the big landlords, wherever they took it. Partisan song: starts with few people whispering, just like how communism started with few people in closed circles who were in fear to be persecuted for their ideas; slowly grows into many going louder resembling a march, signifying that the ideology is winning the hearts of more and more people, who are ready to go and fight for the cause; and ends with them going less loud as if walking away, the fight is not only at home, the new partisans march to the world to spread the revolution.
Siberian riflemen's march: starts with deep voices calmly, like a father telling their children an important lesson; goes to be louder and more imposing, resembling an anthem that talks about all the values of the land and the strenght of its people; the last verse keeps the rhythm but demands more work from the chorus at the end, the people of the chorus just like the army of the tsar are there for a reason, they both know their work is demanding yet they will not give up because this is their time to show their strength, the strength of the Siberian riflemen, the strength of the Russian army.

my opinion on the two songs:
The partisans song feels like more of an emerging power strength and energy in a dark place.
The Siberian riflemen feels like a defence of the of the last bastions of the old order and a call for permanence from God.

My great-grandfather was a military pilot. During the revolution, he fought in the white army against the reds, and during WWII in the red army against the Germans.

Honestly, I feel a lot more for the communists. The whites are singing about how the suffering in the Siberian cold has hardened them. And they were fighting for a tzar and nobility, people who looked down on them and didn't share their fate.
While the communists where fighting for themelves. Trying to make their own lives better. The idea of it, at least, sounds a lot better
Белые в основном боролись за отечество и веру, да так же и за традиционные ценности тогда прекрасно понимали что все эти революционеры загубят страну, ведь потом были и красные тероры и грабёж всех крестьян и поместий, восстания уже против Красной власти.Тем более марш белых был написан ещё до гражданской войны это так на заметку.
@@Minehamer40k А потом эти же самые крестьяне через 20 лет, воевали за советский союз, который после войны дал им БЕСПЛАТНОЕ ВЫСШЕЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ, МЕДИЦИНУ, ЖИЛЬЁ и тд.
Ну и про моральное разложение людей при империи не забываем, там каждый городовой алкаш был, а при советском союзе сухой закон ввели.
