You can feel the ideological differences between the white and red army just by listening to these songs.
One was pro-entente capitalist russian who wanted to restore the republican or monarchy.
One were revolting peasants, workers and soldiers.
People during white lead suffered, Nicholas ruined Russia totally, but what had came somewhat after Lenin's death, was far worse, *far*, not speaking about that Lenin's lead despite being better than of the last Tsar for couple of last years wasn't any ideal as well

One of the reasons Whites lost was, it was difficult for them to recruit peasants, as they were restoring the land back to the big landlords, wherever they took it. White armies had entire regimentd composed of just officers, because it was difficult for them to rally the common folk.

Partisan song: starts with few people whispering, just like how communism started with few people in closed circles who were in fear to be persecuted for their ideas; slowly grows into many going louder resembling a march, signifying that the ideology is winning the hearts of more and more people, who are ready to go and fight for the cause; and ends with them going less loud as if walking away, the fight is not only at home, the new partisans march to the world to spread the revolution.
Siberian riflemen's march: starts with deep voices calmly, like a father telling their children an important lesson; goes to be louder and more imposing, resembling an anthem that talks about all the values of the land and the strenght of its people; the last verse keeps the rhythm but demands more work from the chorus at the end, the people of the chorus just like the army of the tsar are there for a reason, they both know their work is demanding yet they will not give up because this is their time to show their strength, the strength of the Siberian riflemen, the strength of the Russian army.

I love both of them. Red army version sound very powerful and energetic while white army version sounded very dark and grandiose. It has a more religious feel on it.

Для мальчиков почти полный охват начальным образованием был обеспечен в центральных губерниях европейской части РИ (и в некоторых малороссийских губерниях) уже в 1914\1915гг, а при таких темпах к 1924\1926гг полный охват всех детей школой был бы обеспечен и по всей России [Сапрыкин Д. Л. Образовательный потенциал Российской Империи. - М.: ИИЕТ РАН, 2009 ]. По состоянию на 1914 г. в разных уездах и городах РИ (всего в РИ было 441 у.е.здных земств): «осуществлено всеобщее обучение в 15 земствах; совсем близки к осуществлению 31 земство"[Начальное народное образование.// Новый энциклопедический словарь: Пг., 1916 - Издание АО «Издательское дело бывшее Брокгауз-Ефрон» - Т.28 - стр. 123−149 ](с.146) (то есть более чем в 10% земств). Там же указано также, что в 1914 году 88% земств осуществляли переход к всеобщему образованию по согласованию с Министерством народного просвещения, причем «62% земств предстояло менее 5 лет до всеобщего обучения, 30% - от 5 до 10 лет, и лишь в 8% - свыше 10 лет». Конечно, в деревне охват детей образованием шёл медленнее, чем в городах, но приведённые цифры дают общее представления о темпах введения всеобщего начального образования в России 1908−1917гг.
Но если охват деревенских детей начальным образованием быстро ускорялся, то общая грамотность среди крестьян к 1917 году была ещё невелика. Тем не менее, среди молодёжи призывного возраста, грамотность составляла к 1917 году около 75% - а призыв на 80−90% шёл из деревни. Таким образом, к 1917 году около 60−65% деревенской молодёжи (юношей призывного возраста) были грамотны. БСЭ (1е издание) дает следующие данные по грамотности новобранцев в РИ (процент грамотных среди новобранцев): 1875 г - 21%, 1880 г - 22%, 1885 г - 26%, 1890 г - 31%, 1895 г - 40%, 1900 г - 49%, 1905 г - 58%, 1913 г - 73% Отмечу также, что все неграмотные призывники получали в армии начальное образование.
Теперь немного о сельском здравоохранении (по данным [История России, ХХ век. 1894−1939 гг. \под ред. А. Б. Зубкова. М. Астрель-АСТ, 2010\]). Все медицинские услуги и лекарства (по рецептам) предоставлялись бесплатно. Земские врач, фельдшер, акушерка стали с тех пор образцом служения своему делу и самоотверженности.

Но Временная власть не смогла удерживать ни фронт от немецких оккупантов, ни организовать порядок в тылу и на территории Российской империи. Колчак и Дерикин просили помощи на условиях разделения Российской империи между Великобританией, Японией, США. Поэтому только Советская власть смогла удержать Россию в её границах по крайней мере на Дальнем Востоке. И в исторической перспективе советская власть отказавшись от идеи мировой революции пришла к пониманию сохранения Русского мира в тех границах, которые остались у Советской власти.

Another Example I can think of is in the American Civil war, the Union Parodied the Confederate song “Dixie” why less famously, the Confederacy parodied the “Battle cry of freedom” a Union song.
What's sad is that both sides could have been good for Russia, just as both could have been evil. The Reds could have created a liberal-socialist paradise that actually cared for the needs of the worker. The Whites could have created a more democratic Russia that protected people's rights. There were heroes and villians on both sides, and it's a shame the villains won.
