When I observe a tree and begin to question what kind of tree it is, what kind of fruit it produce at what time of a year it flowers etc Then “I” (the separated self) am adopting the position of the observer. But when I just see the beauty of the tree with an “unfocused” attention without any comment or any kind of questioning I feel that both the observer and the observed merge in one. That is called “Mindfulness”
What is the source of any distinction, be it a thought or a feeling, a sensation or a perception? It is Consciousness, vibrating within itself, the creative process, that brings to birth what otherwise would remain pure possibility.
21 experience always one. There is not knowing of it. Just knowing not two things. If we experience then we must know what is stuff made of this experience or reality of experience. Like if we experience movie then we know the reality is screen. Although there is just screen or knowing.
Wow 💕absolutely beautiful and divine. World is a hologram in awareness is what exactly crossed my mind while I was traveling in bus today. The experience was wonderful and is coming more and more in the foreground for me. It's absolutely amazing to stay as that unmoving screen and watch all the colors(the so called experiences) passing through myselves. I hope I have conveyed what I am trying to say. In it, he talked about how since there were 75ish people in the crowd, there appeared to be 75 Ruperts. I may have that a bit mixed up, but I loved that video and watched it many times. I don’t seem to be able to find it. Do you Alan, or anyone else, recall that video? Thanks!

Love is unconditional acceptance, contentment with all that is. The opposite of judgements. Love is sufficient if lived from agape. Not love the opposite of hate, but Love.
