Notice how in Rupert's model, he takes everything back to knowing which is a complete mystery.
Isn't that the same as Tony Parsons and co. statement that all there is, is "this"?

@@alanneachell9092 For sure, and I believe Tony calls it energy? They're pointing to the same thing.
I do feel that Rupert's model is more elaborate, with the idea of a progressive path and a halfway stage, so to speak. That's not a criticism; I get why and it appeals to me. Tony seems to cut right to the chase. Different flavours for different minds, I suppose. I like both!

It's not your knowing, it's just knowing.
I know it's difficult but everything arises equally as knowing and it's only judgement that seperates bad from good.
Amazingly when there is no judgement, then solutions come to right the apparent wrongs. The paradox is amazingly delicious 🙏

'I am' is separation. It is knowing and it is also the need to know; I need to know that I have meaning and purpose; I need to know that I have free will and choice; I need to know what happens after death and so on ad infinitum. There is no end to the 'need to know.' It is never satisfied by 'more knowing.' The 'need to know, ' is the origin of religions and spirituality. It brings about 'seeking.' I am is the contracted energy in the body. It is the cause of duality. It is the cause of the apparent separation. Duality/separation cannot become non-duality by dint of more 'knowing'. Call it what you will - awareness/consciousness, conscious awareness, or awareness of awareness. The problem of duality and separation cannot be resolved by more separation. There is only all there is. What is, is not a 'something'. It is no - thing or 'nothing' and yet it appears as everything. There is nothing outside of all there is. There is nothing inside of all there is. There is not a separate 'somebody' inside of all there is. Thus any attempt to know all there is would also be all there is because there is no separation. There is not two. That is the definition of non-duality.
The contracted energy in the body which gives rise the the appearance of a separate Self is illusory. The I am is an illusion. It is an appearance. An appearance cannot find a non-appearance. Somebody cannot find nobody. No one has a life, there is only life. There is nothing else. Nothing needs to happen. No one is moving in a bubble through time called 'my life.' So far from there being only knowing, there is only unknowing since what is cannot be known. There is no knower. There is no hope of something else. No hope for the Seeker.

Wonderful and comforting! And in a strange way one cannot help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the current state of world in as much as it seemingly forces a greater of awakening. Once one has come to the realization that all there is is knowing and stand as that, all else disappears, even fear and anxiety subsides.
