Damn that was way better than i expected. Other mediation sessions i was too focused in letting my thoughts "pass me by like a cloud" but actually sitting with it was way better. I get too caught up in thinking that im going to overthink it if I continue to let the thoughts sit with me, but the breathing part of it almost made me forget what i was even worrying about. Wild how that works
