As someone who’s currently looking at airbnbs for 40+ nights now in the busy season, you all have a lot of work to do to justify up to $200 a night… needs a lot of cosmetic upgrading and definitely needs a proper stove. I’m excited about the location, pool, and parking though… Can’t wait to see you put your own touches and love on the property! This is gonna be a great hotel and I’m excited to come stay once it’s done!!!!
Wow! I just came back from PV and we stayed at Casa Maria down the road! I am super excited about your hotel because I would like to have a kitchen in the room for our next stay there. I will be your guest when it's ready!!
I can't wait to stay here! Love the layout of the suites and the little balconies. Very easy to imagine morning cafe con leche and sunset margaritas from there!
***VALLARTA LIFE SUITES!*** Great name for marketing... Congratulations on your new endeavor! We absolutely love the traditional Mexican style. We just returned from PV after a 30 day stay. We have been going to PV since 2016 1 or 2 times a year. Our last stay was in Upper Conchas Chinas, we love it there. The only downside is we have to Uber mostly everywhere. The Alta Vista area is perfect! We pray all good Blessings & Success to you on your venture! The Richmond's
wow, congrats! you guys are going to have a lot of fun and a lot of headaches fixing that place up! your husband has a great sense of what needs to be done and of course you guys know what you are doing since you already have all the other properties. I've done several renovations before myself. I love the planning and creative part of it but the work takes forever. the biggest thing you need to improve is getting more light into the rooms. definitely paint all the dark wood light or even white to brighten the rooms and tropical pastel colours on the walls. I think you need to figure out the closets as well. I think sliders work best in the small spaces and if you go with mirrored sliders they will brighten the rooms and make them feel bigger. you just need to get good quality ones. the washrooms need to be freshened up quite a bit while still keeping those nice traditional tile vanities. I might replace the toilets with something more modern and sleek. the other big thing that jumped out at me right away is those half walls that separate the bed from the rest of the room... I would take them out. they are just using up space and also making the rooms feel old and dark. but that would be a big and messy job. good luck and I look forward to seeing some updates!

This is a charming property in a great location in Vallarta, we stay in cinco de diciembre now but used to live in Alta Vista. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. What street are you on?
