I've never been diagnosed with bipolar disorder but I've had other diagnoses. There was a time where I was working a lot of nights and evenings and a really crazy work schedule. I worked in healthcare it destroyed my mental health I've had numerous mental breakdowns in life both of which were preceded by sleep deprivation.
Having a regular sleep schedule has done so much for my mental health

Bipolar 2 here….a Routine is extremely important. I take my medicine at 8:30 pm- go to bed at 10, 10:30, and try to wake up at 6:30am. It does help somewhat.

You speak so well on this subject! From a fellow bipolar 2 diagnosis, routine it so huge. I’m excited to learn more any ketogenic diet for bipolar as well bc gluten-free/vegetarian diet has been very helpful for my mood stabilization thus far

Thanks a lot. I loved finding someone else who uses routine to manage day by day. Keep up the good work - and my compliments on the gentle style of your video. Well done. from Elizabeth in Ireland

I appreciate you making this video I also deal with bipolar disorder 2 and other conditions life is so hard with this but we are so strong. The fact we get push through these severe episodes shows how capable we are.

So how your morning and evening routine looks like? Any example when you said that you don't use exact time

I also have bipolar disorder and psychotic disorder for 4 years. I feel very tired. Do you feel the same? What do you use for energy?

has anyone noticed a lot of bipolar women on here have these dark eyes? I have been told I have the same dark eyes while in episodes. I can almost spot the bipolar before reading the title. That being said, my mom is bipolar 1 and she has blue eyes lol. I digress.
