It's 0.50mm not 50 number and because you removed bore you could have asked ..the lathe guy to port the exhaust .moift the port and make it round it will cost another 300 rupees you will get good top speed and little higher power
Bro porting not as simple task it ha some calculation like timing of inlet exhaust and transfer.And for better result exhaust needs to modify(expansion chamber).I think it helps you in future.

Hi motoraja Mr Vaibhav,you are the great fan of rx 100 like me,I had seen your video.But frankly speaking sir that like when the rx 100 has been launched in 1986 actually the firing of this bike & now we see is totally different.Ask Anwar bhai your mechanic,that when rx 100 is been started the accelerator was shouldn't been used,only we on the ignition and kick with full strength the bike had been started like dhig,dhig dhig.Also when we drive and when we don't use the accelerator.The bike never been stopped continuously the beat sound like dhig,dhig,dhig is comming when we are driving the echo sound I heard was very beautiful,like a roaring lion.we never used the accelerator.only we here the stroke sound like I had mentioned in previous line. Please tell your mechanic Anwar bhai about this.I am not saying that he is not good I'm just giving you the actuall information about rx 100 firing.please tell him & also ask him about that. I OWNED THE 1989 JAPAN MODEL,BUT THOUGH MY FIRING IS NOT COMMING LIKE PREVIOUS I AM NOT USING IT
As of my knowledge company has stopped the production, but sm guys may have old stock n in Indonesia it's still available but cost higher to import in india!

bhai i didnt do that i just simple done what Service manual says to do while building engine.
