My rx has been in storage condition for 5 years. I am doing some revamping now.
My cylinder bore has accumulated rust. Piston is seized at bdc.
I am soaking diesel and 2t oil.
1. How to unseize piston and remove rust?
2. After sandblasting head and block, which type of painting is done?

Restoration toh hoga...but thoda stock thoda alag... Same dusre jaise banake kya maja... Kuch hatke alag dikhna chaiye apna bike... 😊

I got it around 8.5 k and bore and piston cost me something arounf 1600 so 10k lag gaya... but abhi age ki life set hai....
