I don’t know how flipping a property works, cause so many people that call themselves experts, say it’s not worth to make money.
Now, if I had the means to do this, regardless of what some may say, I would do it. I think with the proper knowledge, financial support, and right people this can surely be profitable.
I think you picked a great place, the house has a great size and bone structure potential. I know you have to feel very excited, I know would be super happy, if I were in your shoes.

I’m in Florida as well “Miami” :) and it’s been a dream of mine to do what you are already doing.
I always thought of it as something with lots of personal gratification and beneficial factors for all parties involved in such project and of course, personal financial growth as well. That said, I strongly believe you’ll do great on this personal endeavor, so keep it up for us dreamers.

do you think being a real estate agent has helped you make connections with contractors you'll be hiring to help do some of the labor for flipping? I'm assuming you're hiring contractors for at least some of it
100%. I’ve been doing this for nine years and have made some great connections, and I’m using contractors for everything.
Good to see there's still some good real estate arbitrage opportunities in Rockledge. Are you raising capital for any more projects?
Definitely trying to focus on this one then prepare for my next. Ideally I’d like to roll 4/year.
