Viera has the most hostile traffic in the entire county when it comes to car, cart, and pedestrian traffic. It’s hilarious to locals that it appears shiny on the outside but is just a bunch of rich people selfishly abusing each other there.

Steal from your local corporation. As a Viera resident this is your civic responsibility!

It still cracks me up that VHS has a golf cart parking area thats fuller than the student and faculty parking lot 😂😂

I really like the whole idea of golf carting in Viera as someone that occasionally goes there. This comment section is funny. I think it shows how the few people that are emotional have to shout out in comments and it makes it feel like there's a problem where there isn't, in the most creative ways. Some people in the area do seem to be a bit on edge about the golf carts but I'm not sure if it's just because the people I talk to about it are older. They hear 1 story about a accident involving a golf cart and it's the story they tell for years after.

And yes, we want more updates

I absolutely love this airport! I have been using it since the summer of 2016. That's when I found out that Melbourne, Florida had an international airport! I travel to Central Florida every summer, but I was unaware in the previous years about this airport as I mentioned. I used Orlando International (MCO) which is a lot more stressful like the larger airports that you mentioned. It's like LAX,ATL, Charlotte-Douglas, and the like. But not MLB! They are an absolute treasure! As you said, the TSA security lines are almost literally a joke at times! You're lucky if you have 3 or 4 people in front of you in the regular TSA lines! And getting your luggage after you land is quite easy. The lines at the rental car counters are rarely long except maybe during the major holidays. It is also only minutes from the hotel that I stay at, meaning the city of Melbourne. Since it only services 6 airlines as mentioned, the baggage check-in lines are also relatively light. Upon departing from there, you are in the air relatively fast being the traffic on the runways is rather scarce most of the time. You won't see the massive plane lines like you will at LAX or especially at ATL. I use Delta Airlines when I fly to MLB every summer in June. My favorite areas in Central Flo are Melbourne, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, and Cape Canaveral as well as Titusville, the location of the Kennedy Space Center visitor complex. When I used MCO in the previous years, I lodged in Kissimmee and it took me about an hour to drive to those areas. Now I can get there in a matter of minutes literally from Melbourne! I don't mind driving an hour to both Kissimmee and Orlando. That is such a blessing! I am so very grateful that this airport exists. I just wish I had known about it in the previous years before 2016! Now I'll never have to deal with MCO again! This is about the only airport that I know that you can arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your departure time and not miss your flight whereas at the larger major airports you have to arrive like 2 hours before your flight time. I like your video. Great job! By the way, I live in Southern C.A. and fly to Central Florida for my annual summer vacation there. I used to live in Satellite Beach from 1969 to 1971 as a child in elementary school. My late father was in the Air Force and was stationed out at what was known as Cape Canaveral Air Force Station before Trump renamed it to the Space Force Station. We lived in the old Patrick Air Force Base south housing units at that time. What an awesome part of Florida to either live in or visit!

you dont pay for carts at aldi? its a 25 cent incentive to put your cart back, also saves them on labor not having to pay people to corral them which saves you money when you shop there. whats not to love?

venezia is horrible. i've been waiting for a classy mix and mingle place and venezia was supposed to be that savior but it is the worst place ever. there is literally no place to stand and hang out, no music, the whole first floor is bathroom and elevator, they carved out the square footage in the middle for this big open stairway leaving absolutely no room to stand comfortably without shoving your butt in someones face while they are eating. i could go on and on, it's just an epic fail and it's sad

I saw how long it took you to install one piece and skip over the others, and I was nervous for you damaging the pain at each step. do you think it will be practical to remove it monthly and how likely will I do damage if I have a wrap?

I don’t know how flipping a property works, cause so many people that call themselves experts, say it’s not worth to make money. Now, if I had the means to do this, regardless of what some may say, I would do it. I think with the proper knowledge, financial support, and right people this can surely be profitable. I think you picked a great place, the house has a great size and bone structure potential. I know you have to feel very excited, I know would be super happy, if I were in your shoes. Congratulations on this property, you’ll do great on this project, I love this. 👍
