lol, I was hit right on my big toe by an HPI RS4 going about FIVE mph, and it messed up my toe for weeks, perfect hit though, got real unlucky, but yeah, RC`s can kill ya, gotta stay safe ;)

You drives straight. Get suspension set up right and all is good.
It has downforce it kind of squats down after 75mph

Awsome run as usual quick question I have the TP Power 4070 in my limitless and I flipped the motor mount around from the original spot but the gear is rubbing against the motor mount do to the motor shaft being a little to short so the gear comes off wen I do a test run can you give me any suggestions on wat I can do to make the gear stay on while I run the car I would very much appreciate it?

What function does the cap pack do? Just curious I'm gonna build a limitless
@@losoknoso3151 basically it stores energy, so when the motor draws allot the cap pack can discharge if there is a drop in volts/Amos from the lipos. Makes for a smoother delivery of power. As a driver it also feels like you have more precise control

I thought I was the only one who drove around with a rc in my vehicle. Just in case I find a good spot to run. I just got into Horizon Hobby rc trucks after a 4 year run with Traxxas. I'm getting a new rc truck today & it might be this one! It will be from Horizon Hobby for sure!

How do you make sure it doesn't stray out of the road? At that speed, even a slight angle can mean a huge deviation.
you set the car up to run straight and make the needed adjustments during the run.

Hey phill I was reading the comments and did you say the hobbywing isn’t good for speedruns! Cause I’m having a issue with it cutting out. I have a max5 but I also have a xlx. I’m thinking about putting the xlx back in there
Yes the max 5 will cut power under a heavy sustained load. Happens to me when I tried in my typhon. And my Losi.

Its not luck, I have been doing this for years and once you get the car set up right they run straight. thanks. if you check my other vids they mostly run dead straight also.

Wow!! Is there anyway to get the gps under the body? Even having it there could hurt the speeds a lil. I bet its even faster inside the body!! Thats insane fast and it looks glued fo the ground!! Really impressive... I have RC jefs that dont go this fast!!!

Have you built any speed run cars with hobbywing esc's? I built my limitless with a max 6 cause it was in a truck I don't really use. I have the ripple killer cap pack on it & at full throttle it just flattens out on speed like it shut off. Im thinking the esc isn't up to the task on the amp draw.
Yes hobbywing esc , doesn't like high speed, not very good for speed runs , use xlx
I haven't because of that issue. Castle is the best esc for speed.
I have an xlx in my kyosho speed run car and have had 0 issues with it. I'll probably take it out and put it in the limitless and see what happens.
