just stopping by to say this is the most to the point summary of this i found and i love the little dance at the end.
BL3 looks so awesome. Been waiting forever for it but haven't had the time to play it yet because im working soo much. Got vacation time next week though just for this. 9 days off so yeah its time to no life BL3 and it's gonna be glorious!
The game is definitely a blast to play. Should be a really fun 9 days!

@@MacaqueStinx Well, I am the worlds slowest gamer. Im the type that checks every inch, opens all crates, spends hours in Ui, tries every weapon etc. My OCD is off the charts! No lie when someone says a game is 20 hours for example, I always X that # by 5. So it will definitely take me ar least 100 hours. 😆
@@CantTreadOnMe I beat the game in roughly 4 days, the main story at least. It's always good to be analytical, find the things other's overlook. Never quit searching

There is no actual endgame, any endgame is just players replaying things for no real reason. This isnt destiny, although people like to act like its similar.

Still true vault Hunter mode was the real game all enemies appear and it's harder but better to suped to do this on mayhem 3
I jumped straight from normal to TVHM. I'm only gonna do mayhem on TVHM for endgame. I'm lvl 42 now... It's a bit harder but I'm managing.

If beaten the game twice now.. just patiently waiting for Shadowkeep and after that Raid boss in BL3. while in the mean time I'm just crafting the right build for future content. like the invincible, that will be coming hopefully next month.
JCResonator shadow keep looks like it will be amazing. I’m hundreds of hours invested in destiny 2, but I’ll be sticking with borderlands as my main for awhile.
Honestly borderlands just shows how shit destiny is now. As for shadow keep I was hyped until I seen that it's all the old bosses I've already killed a million times. Sod paying for that shit and recycled exotics which let's be honest won't be anywhere near as good as borderlands legendaries lol.

True Vault Hunter Mode is essentially the "true" game. At least until they decide if they want to do Ultimate. Since they changed the leveling system in 3, it's super easy to level up to 50 without starting TVHM, but in the previous games it was the only way to get to 50. Personally, I'm not sure if I like that change, but whatever. I'd still recommend playing through it (Even though it's not much harder) just so you don't have to worry about it. They also added a reset missions button so if you beat it and there's a side mission you want to do again for whatever reason/higher level version of the rewards, TVHM has that now.
i wouldnt mind seeing a even harder tvh once completing it the first time i think it would be pretty damn cool imo
Mission reset button? Where do I find that? I wanted to reset a side mission in eden 6 to get a leveled masher jacob's pistol
@@hardslaps in the menu when you pick modes you can press square or X or whatever the button and it resets the entire playthrough. At least, I'm pretty sure it does. They may have changed how it works.
I’m extremely happy with the change. I don’t want to be forced to beat the game 8 times to get all my characters to level 50.

I beat the game and now I am trying to grind the Slaughter Shaft mission. However, I am having trouble beating it alone with the difficulty I am playing on. Is there a way I can queue up/group up with randoms to play the Slaughter Shaft mission with? I only see the "Circle of Slaughter" option under the matchmaking tab and I dont really want to play the other two circles. Thank you in advance.

Guardian rank is awesome and I kinda hope they expand it in later updates but it's also bugged rn and I'm not using any guardian points just because of how unsafe itbis

i cluelessly reset my missions on TVHM not knowing what was going to happen and all my weapons, shields, artifacts, grenades, and class mods are gone, but my guardian rank, level, and skill points are still there now i dont know what to do

I recommend doing TVHM as soon as possible. Level 50 or not. You want to be doing all the endgame content in that mode.

This is probably wrong in retrospect. Endgame in bl3 doesn't make much sense to me these days.
In a nutshell, get to max rank, complete TVHM and then play on Mayhem 3 gg

You can still change to mayhem 3 once you first reach the ship in TVHM

Now that you beat the game you get to go crazy trying to understand what the Great War of the Vaults is gonna be and why we're not getting more characters
More guns then Makin one character.
This would have all been fine, if we weren't swamped by legendary guns already making all this nice content useless.
The only way to fix this game is to release a higher level cap (to make the swamp of level 50 gear useless), and make the *BEST IN SLOT* gear a real challenge to get.
That's what kept borderlands 2 alive for years.

@@CDGHT ive been playing the game mayhem 3 and TVHM and with my gurdian tokens going into my luck stat and just spec your character around it and you will get legendaries for everything
The highest weapon rarity in BL2 was not legendary! We had Pearlescent, Seraph, Effervescent weapons and more alike. And they didn't come out at the launch of the game either. Give BL3 time to simmer man. Everyone is talking about legendaries being common, but I don't think it's too much of a problem. BL3 still has PLENTY of time to make gear that is a lot harder and more rewarding to farm for.

Endgame prequel mabey????: tannis goes on an adventure to fund lilith because she does not belive she is gone, but mabey stuck between 2 dimensions while phase shifting. And ava the character we didnt want, grows into an adult and everyone thinks tannis iz crazy. There you go just an idea for a sequel game
A good way to fill time is try and get the WHOLE map to blue, discover everything!

Im at about lvl 44 and ive been doing that im at about 34 hours and havent beat the game.
I reached 50 halfway through my TVHM playthrough. So I finished that and then played through a 3 person TVHM campaign again. Now i’m just finishing side quests in M3 mode and farming Graveward and Tyreen for the best loot drops.
I feel odd for reaching 50lvl already after 3rd mission tvhm

This is the 1st BL that I quit after completing normal mode. Could not bring myself to play through again with any other char or chase max level.

Idk if anyone can answer this, but my buddy and I have been playing the whole game 100% together the whole time, not 1 mission, aide mission, or "challenge" has been done with out each other. But when we finished the campaign and unlocked mayhem mode, he didnt unlock mayhem mode. Any reason why? Or tips or what to do?
Tell your buddy to finish a main quest in his own solo campaign and it should unlock

How do you know which modifiers are active? He talked about people reloading to get different enemy modifiers from mayhem mode. How can you tell?
Look on the right side of the map.
UVHM will be in dlc and hopefully good content

Personally I'm doing some Mayhem mode until Im happy with my weapons and stats before TVHM. But yes you can remove that crystal he was talking about and turn mayhem mode off whenever you go to Sanctuary 3

Got to level 50 flak. Op gear/guns. True vault hunter with mayhem 3 is too easy
Also there is no point to grind bosses when you can save/quit and grind a loot tink on mayhem 3 and they drop 3-4 legendary’s some anointed, every time
Chuparatchra is the same. 1-4 Legs every kill, takes 5 seconds to kill it, 20 seconds to run to it. 1-4 Legs + XP for a 30 second game play loop is stupid. The fact that they let this exist in the game is seriously problematic.
Try Graveward on FL4K. Doesn't take me more than 10 seconds to kill because he doesn't have immunity phases. Most legendaries I've gotten from one drop is 7.

Dark souls ng scaling was not infinite. It caps after a certain number of play throughs

Jacob Opitz can go true vault hunter mode or if you’ve done that you can just select new game it won’t reset your character just your game

Once you reach the ship in TVHM you will be able to use the Mayhem system. You can also change the game back to normal when ever you want and do Mayhem stuff.
I just beat the game im level 36 should i farm to level 50 then do sidequest or sidequest first then farm xp
Farm to 50 so all your sidequests rewards are level 50. Not that it matters all that much, just do whatever you want for fun.
You can just do all side quests in TVHM. It doesn’t matter
I picked zane and now im lvl22. And I quite regret picking him up and now im too lazy to start a new charcter. Should i continue zane? or is he weak and not worth it?

I play Zane, and Zane is amazing. The only thing that sucks about him is he is 100% Dependent on the gear you have. You have so many builds you can do but they have Requires certain class items or weapons to play at the max
Zane can do a hell of a lot of damage with the right build. I believe some youtuber released a new build that basically lets him 1 shot enemies so you might wanna look for those kinds of vids

I think gearbox destroyed alot of endgame experience because of that ridicolous high drop chance and those boss oneshot strategies. Im pretty sure i already dropped all 132 (yes, only 132(without variation)) legendary guns and its only out since about a week and i dont know what to do now because farming makes no sense anymore.
And mayhem 3 is just too easy. The difference between all mayhem modes are to small.. im running around in mayhem 3 with a fire cutsman and it 2 shots every normal enemy.

Depends what your goal is. If you want a challenge and you enjoy doing everything go for it. If you want to become God like as soon as possible and steamroll the game rush to farm bosses.

is mayhem mode supposed to kill me with one bullet every time i fight anything? like i literally cant farm anything cause i get hit by one thing and die.. its making me regret buying this damn game... im on mayhem 1 and i cant survive for more than 30 seconds against anything.
It really depends on your level and gear. I thought mayhem 1 and 2 were terrible but then I went legendary hunting and kept leveling up, now I'm casually playing on mayhem 3.
No it should not be doing that you mine want to check out a build video or two for your class and try and min max a little more.

Any "Takedown" will be a 4 player suggested raid

I am playing on easy mode, and I don't find the game too easy. I swear, a game could include a mode called "Utterly Impossible, cannot be won" and people would still try to win it.
