I'm 16 years old, almost going into college and you talking about couponing motivates me for the future. can't wait to have my space and be able to coupon LOL!
You can coupon now Jess. Then you can teach the other college kids. Many kids would probably benefit from it. I watched a video once about college kids once that were really hurting from some basic items.
My sister was a huge climber. Her 3 boys were also climbers. Thankful my daughter is not a climber, although she’s now 11yrs. There are so many great images on Google on climbing walls for bedrooms or playrooms.
I’m lucky enough to have a spare bedroom that I turned into my store as well 😂. I was hesitant to do it but my husband encouraged me to have that room dedicated to that. I was in a depression when the pandemic hit and I randomly came across a video of yours after wards that led me to couponing and my hubby has been very supportive of me doing this since it helped me get out of that state of mind. Started in 2021 and I have been at it since. The reason I kept going was because I coupon for items for my family. My mom has not bought anything from the stores since I give her all household & personal care items. My sister has not bought any diapers or baby care products since she had her baby boy (he’s now a year old) and for me that’s what counts. 😊

HI Jodi, The weather here in Los Angeles is a brisk 64 degrees today. We will be in the mid to upper 60's all week. Beautiful blue sky. I did some decluttering in my Kitchen. I had so many knives (Love a sharp knife) I could never find the one I wanted so got rid of some then thought well I'm here might as get rid of some of my extra coffee cups and glasses. I got rid of 3 grocery bags full. Hubby will do a donation run next week. Now trying to muster up the energy to go and do my dresser drawers. Can hardly close them and still need to put away laundry. LOL I've been watching a lot of you tubers who are decluttering for 2023. I've also watched most of your decluttering video's which help me to get myself in gear. Just have to get through the pain in my hips and back. So thanks for the motivation. Love you video's and I also love your laugh. take care and stay safe and warm during this cold season.
I "stage" a box or 2 that I label near the door. Then as I get the "itch" I clean out 1 drawer ( put it in a bag first) and put in the boxes. That way I can do it at my pace. ( I have knee braces, lipöedema, balance issues and a cane so I get how difficult it is at times. You do at your pace. Some days just getting to the bathroom is enough. You will get there.
Holy toothbrushes, Batman! 😄 I love that you provide for your extended fam and donate some of your stockpile! Don't forget about the local animal shelters if you want to get rid of any extra laundry/cleaning/disinfecting and paper products.🙂 I really enjoy your content and look forward to your videos each week! Well, I may not be a fan of having so much stuff, but I get your point. Having kids, having grandkids with the inflation we are experiencing right now seems a very wise choise to me. Also, donating stuff like this in a community? That's such a great way to do charity and help your neighbour!!! You can build strong friendships that way!
I have only been watching your videos for a few days now. I have to comment how much your love for your family shines through in all that you do and say. You are so cheerful. I appreciate your generosity. You do not get all of that stuff for free. You work and plan to get the coupon deals. You go to the stores and make the purchases. You have to bring everything into your home and get it put away and organized. And reorganized. You make videos to teach other people how to get the same deals. You make videos about organizing everything. You take the time to sort through and go drop off donations. You spend a lot of time creating that stockpile. Time equals money. I used to be a huge bargain shopper before covid. I did enjoy getting some household products and personal hygiene items for free or next to nothing. My main priority was shopping so that I could feel two or 300 Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes each year. You can't put any hygiene stuff in those but I learned to Bargain shop for toys, clothes and school supplies all year round. I also got the free deals on the hygiene products, cleaning supplies and paper products. Then I would sell them and use the proceeds to help pay for the shoe box items. Covid changed everything so much I've never gone back to that. I definitely use grocery store apps and clip their coupons and use the coupons for things one that's on sale. I shop for sale items, clearance items and at the discount grocery store. I live by myself in a studio apartment with two cats. I have extreme sensitivities to scented products so I could probably never even go into your basement and probably not into your house. So, I have to be very particular about the cleaning products and hygiene products I get. I would love to be able to save more money on those few things so I might give CVS or Walgreens a try again. I usually just get things at Walmart or Meijer or order from walmart.com. I don't go through things very fast either. Anyhow, I appreciate your motivation and inspiration. Keep up the hard work you are doing a great job!
Two things Jodi. Don’t ever listen to anyone who wants to steal your joy. Whether it be couponing or anything! You do you! And that was a great job! So organized all cleaned up for the next load!!! Lol. 🎉
I would so do this if I lived on America, I'm from London and we don't do anything like that, so it's a no brainer really , and if you can help family and friends it's amazing, you have your own shop in your house. Keep what you love doing.
Hi, Jodi! Your Michigan neighbor is currently working on downsizing my scrapbook room. I am putting things in boxes and making them up for a garage sale in the spring. I have lots of stuff like you have with your store. So I figure crafters or scrapbookers will love these boxes. Plus I am planning on getting down to the basement and downsizing my Christmas things. I have a daughter and five granddaughters to pass on these decorations. I don’t need them anymore. I am feeling so much better doing this. I have stopped going to stores just to go and buy things I don’t need. I grocery shop online and that’s about it. You’re doing a great job! Love watching your videos.👍🥰💜
This reminds me of the times I’m at the store and I start organizing the shelves. 😂 I’m in Chicago and it was 2 degrees when I went out this morning. Still not enough for me to break out the parka, I love winter!
I think your couponing is like a brisk clear river of bountiful energy coming into your home. Bountifulness coming in and then bountifulness going out onto others. Also, it's a joy for you to do - it brings you actual joy - which you bring to your home when you give yourself the grace to do something which you enjoy. But, yes, I imagine that bountifulness as a river of white and pearly pink love and joy coming into your home to bubble up the energy of your home and then it turns around and becomes a river of light and love going out to your family members and friends and onto churches and such who find people for whom the products would be such a blessing. Now if it sat there and wasn't used and was going past its due date then it would be a stagnant swamp of regret and selfishness but because of how it is used and appreciated and turned around to benefit so many - I just know it gives your home such good energy. Okay, yes, now and again it does get out of hand and you do have to take some time to see to it but you have very efficient and easy to use organisation to keep on top of it all - and much like a business you have stock being turned around to the benefit of many so of course it's going to take some time and energy - but how's that a bad thing when you enjoy your hobby so much 😊
My answer is it provides for me when I’m not bringing in as much as I do during the school year. I used to provide for my churches food pantry. I just got back from the store while I was going down a certain aisle I was like I don’t even need to look at prices or other coupons for that product. I’m stocked up as I haven’t had to purchase that product in years.

Hi Jodi, I wished I new how to couponing when my 4 children were little. It would of helped a lot! But I didn't have disposable diapers back in the late 60's early 70's. I think they had them at the hospital with oldest daughter 2nd baby & they didn't have the vecro yet, we still had to use pins. Ha, but true. Also my kids seem all to get rashes from them. Even my last baby in 1977 & he did too. They could wear them for a short time but not all the time. So I had cloth diapers. We had retired greyhounds & they couldn't go up or down either. We had a downstairs, so I would put a leash on them & slowly go down with them & then up & that seam to work. But they didn't always want to come down. I would wash clothes & clean, they did a few times. I love your videos so keep them coming! Thanks
Hi Jodi, your room looks great and so does your stockpile. So nice to see Vivienne for a change. For the past couple of days I've been decluttering my bedroom. I took a trunk full of donations to our local community center. It feels so good now that it's gone. I had to make room for flooring boxes because we had a flood in our house last year. The flooring has to get acculated to the house temp before it gets laid down. Then I decluttered some other areas of the room. I'm taking a break to watch your video for more inspiration. I am getting a stockpile and ideal give mine out for Easter and Christmas and I do donate I donated To a Christmas organization I do sell some of it. Mainly it’s fun. I don’t care what other people think

I love watching you organize your stockpile lol. I'm also an extreme couponer and it's one of my favorite things to do every week. But the hubs told me the other day that I need to go clean my "room" hahahaha. It isn't that bad but I do need to take out some time to re organize it very soon.
We had an extra bedroom painted and I got to redecorate it! It was so fun. I just go into the room just to stare! It is cold here...I am in Minnesota. Right now it is 8 F with -7 F windchill.... You have blessed so many people with that stockpile over the years..... I really wish I could find coupons on stuff I actually use. I found I was buying and donating, but not getting much out of it.... and spending a little bit of money that I didn't really have. I almost stopped watching your channel just because it had turned negative in my mind. It still sounds like a ton of work and energy to me, but I have actually been able to work through a lot of those emotions as I make progress alongside you on my house. Incidentally, We are likely going to finish the last container of table salt I bought on a money maker at Meijers years ago salting the driveway this year. That money maker deal bought my family groceries that week when I didn't have the money to do it otherwise.
A pikler triangle is awesome for climbing. Theyre kinda spendy but was soooo worth it for my little toddler. Plus so many activities you can do with it besides climbing, make forts. The ramp can be used for cars, the arch can be turned upside down and used as a rocker. Theres soo many things my little comes up with to play with it
Theyre super nice and the main arch can fold up. We got ours as a big present for him for Christmas on his first birthday and he just turned 2 and doesn't go a day without climbing it. Has definitely helped redirect his climbing
A few things Jodi. First of alll , great video! I love to organize. It calms my brain . So It was great to see you organize your store. Second, you’re right to pay no mind to what those who think you should do with your couponing hauls. To me, it’s a hobby that makes you happy and provides for you, your family, friends and gives you an income. Third, can you do a video of getting ready for a yard sale? As for what’s going on in our house, I bought ceiling tiles a few years ago to put in the basement. We have one room left to do. Hubby and I have a running joke, there’s no need to keeping asking him to do it. He was asked a couple years ago. He started last week. It’s happening! So excited to see this done. We live in northern Canada. It hasn’t stopped snowing. Christmas was -35C. Nobody left the house.
I enjoyed seeing Viviana. I hope you can catch her playing her saxophone again! She's definitely has a gift! A few days ago it was like 70 degrees here in north Texas and now 28 degrees with an ice on the roads. I'm on day two of being home from work. If they cancel the schools and the trash collection then I'm not driving on those roads either! I'm honestly just thankful the power is on this time around, and nowhere near as cold as the last time Mayhem decided to visit.

I’m just getting my stock pile ready for my early summer garage sale. It’s huge for me so it’s a lot of work. But it also helps me go through my house and declutter. Because I too live in a state where is very cold in the winter so no garage sales until summer but my “store” is bursting at the seams. So I look forward to emptying it for my sale.

Between providing for your family, saving your family money, and sharing with your extended family, friends and church, sharing your knowledge and experiences, and helping others save money at yard sales, you are a one-woman community service powerhouse! After a particularly hard winter slip-fall down some steps a few years ago, I visited at a friend's home for the rest of spring semester. While packing, despite being post-menopausal, my intuition nudged me to tuck in what was left of my feminine products. Sure enough, my friend's family had friends who periodically needed them, and it made me so happy to have that on hand and be able to share when and where it was needed. So I totally feel you on that one. Also, after one of us came up short at an inopportune time, the women on my mom's side began keeping a stash in my grandmother's bathroom cabinets, as well as our luggage. Don't leave home without it. lol Thanks again for sharing your couponing life. Lotsa love from Louisiana, where it's rainy and cold, but comfortably in the 30s for a few days. Love how you mentioned the space issue with your coupon items. I had to stop buying extras because I just don't have the room and I'm not great with inventory management. Your "store" looks great! Just did another pass at my house and removed five boxes of extra stuff. Finally at the place where I can let go of most of my books, DVDs and CDs.

you should never be ashamed of your stockpile. you are using the blessing of couponing for you and your family. I just take advantage of the coupons I get with junk mail and try to use them the best way I can. I utilize my bedroom closet to keep small stock of things for my household but we do the best with what we have! you are blessed with the gift of extreme couponing and having the time and the space to do it. Keep doing it 😀

I look at it like an insurance policy, if stuff happens, bad weather, you or a member of your household is sick, you lose your job, power goes out, whatever the case may be. You have supplies to keep your household running for a while! Never a bad idea

I live in Central Alabama and it’s been mid fifties to sixty and raining all week. We bought our granddaughter who is 3 a slide that our daughter put in her living room. She can climb the 3 steps and then slide. Loves it.
Training your dog to do steps. Place a one dog food piece on the stairs. He will adjust and be able to walk the stairs. Each step one piece of food. Reward program. Good luck! Hello! Norma Jean

Hi Jodi👋very cohesive explanation of couponing. I agree. Couponers are able to decide for themselves what they do with it. I don't coupon these days. I buy very few "name brand" items. Once upon a time, I did couponing and it did help my family. For Gifting family I have been known to do a family essentials box for each of my siblings and even my parents and mailed it to them. It really helped them during holiday visitors stayovers and events. Yes. Teens will love all those gift bag items. Make great party gift bags, too. Yep. Lots of sprays for feet. 😆 For February I have the landlord planning to pull all the siding off the side of house facing the main road to replace it. Then they will be fixing any damage they find under it. They will also be replacing 4 full length (south style) single pane double 🪟 with double pane windows. It will mean 1 wall will be weather efficient and should help with heating/ cooling bills. Yes. Dogs that are not large see staircases as mountains. They need to be taught to clamber up & down them. Suggestion: try having 1 of the girls carry Clarke halfway up ( or down) stairs and carefully set him on the step. Then have the other call him from the bottom ( or top) of staircase. Down is easiest at first. If necessary leave a treat trail of 1 treat on each step. Once he can do half take him a couple more steps from the direction you're working on and repeat. Soon enough he will get it . Then start only putting 1 treat per every second step. Then every third and so on. Once he realizes he can it won't be a problem any more. Rain is presently refilling the reservoir so we can take showers now & in the future. Our weather has been really weird. Mostly new winter highs it ties for the highs. Then it drops down to 30s. This is weird for here.
I have two grandkids I buy diapers for too. I have a trunk full of diapers for my daughter right now. 😂 She lives about 45 minutes away, so I don’t see her all the time. I had five kids and never couponed for diapers. I so wish I had, but I’m so happy to be able to do it for my daughter, like you. ❤️ I give a lot to my kids who don’t live at home because I don’t have a ton of space (I’m so jealous of yours lol). But I’m at the point now with my stockpile where I just have to get things I’m low on. I just stocked back up on toothpaste, which thankfully, is easy to do. I love your videos. Good for you! I was a coupon mama for many years - a few decades actually! I stopped just before COVID and am still living off my stockpile. My goal was that my kids would not have to purchase any personal care, laundry, cleaning, or feminine products through college. I give to friends - donate to my town’s crisis center and sell at garage sales. Let’s just say that anyone who thought I was crazy, knew who to come to during COVID when they were unable to get basic supplies. Speaking of selling at garage sales - people would give me a hard time with the prices I would charge (which were way lower then the stores) and say “I used coupons to get them”. Those people have no clue what is involved - your time is worth $!!! Love your stock pile and your store!!! I keep mine in a room in my basement - my kids call it “the free room”.
I LOVE to shop at couponer’s yard sales! One or two dollars for a large,sealed,in date tube of toothpaste or shampoo. 🙌🏻 I appreciate all the work with the coupons and that I can get necessities affordably. Believe me, it’s still a valuable community service even when you don’t give it away!👌👏👍

I moved to my first home in June. I had a dedicated room for my "store". I finally got it organized on Sunday with a pegboard for hanging items like, razors, eyebrow pencils..lol..it looks so organized. I sent pictures to family. Even got a few orders.
I live in a country where coupons happen but in fairness not many people use them, however we do have a thing called 'loyalty prices' which is money off items if you have a loyalty card for certain store chains. I use mine every time I shop. I've saved a fortune. I so enjoyed seeing Vivianna today on the video. I know she's shy so I understand her reluctance to be on camera much. Couponing and bargain shopping brings me joy also! I only use digital coupons and I have saved so much so much money! People often think I’m crazy but I don’t care! Lol I once got about 10 toilet brushes and they were 10¢ and the cashier said to me “what are you going to do with these?” Of course I replied- well most likely I’m gonna clean my toilets….and the others I will probably donate or give to my family?!?! And she kind of rolled her eyes….but I bit my tongue bc I wanted to say how come you aren’t asking what I’m doing with the toilet paper?!? Haha Thank you for sharing Ohh and another thing that brings me joy is I regularly send my nieces care packages bc they are in college and they LOVE when aunt G sends boxes! Their roommates also love it! And are always in awe at the stuff that I score and haul! It is fun!

Hi, it's Renee from Houghton, Michigan again. We had 10 below zero today but it warmed up to 16 degrees. More snow on the way. Don't know why I live here. I hate snow. Anyway, I have a 10 pound Yorkie. Bella Rose, aka Belly Button. I bribed her with a piece of roast beef to go up the stairs and back down. At first she was very intimidated. She had to learn so she could get on the bed to sleep with us at night. There's probably a better way but the roast beef worked pretty well. As always, I so enjoy your video's. I only have my spare bedroom for my stockpile and it has gotten overrun with stuff. I have really cut back on couponing to try and use up some of my stuff. I have recently donated to my grandchildren’s school. My son said they were doing a drive to help families at the school in need so I took him a big box of personal care stuff. I also take stuff to a woman who makes a big donation to a women’s shelter. I take stuff to my father for his house and my sister for her house. I went through my clothes this week and filled 2 trash bags with clothes to take to donation as well. My son bought me an IKEA dresser that I had been wanting so I can go vertical and free up space, so I decided it was time to let go of clothes I wasn’t wearing. Decluttering is a never ending battle, but I keep plugging away at it.
I woke up this morning and was just in a state of, I have to do this thing that I thought about overnight. So I have been redoing a section of my room that had been boxes and totes..... turning the totes into a bench. The boxes were drawer boxes with some stuff I had packed up out of my bathroom when I thought we were going to be moving.

It’s 33 degrees here in TX and getting to drop to 30. That’s nothing to you, but we in Central TX are not used to this. Lol great job on the basement. I’m working on my clothes closet doing a declutter.

You can coupon now Jess. Then you can teach the other college kids. Many kids would probably benefit from it. I watched a video once about college kids once that were really hurting from some basic items.
You can definitely do it now. Maybe not in an extreme way but even in a small amount so you don't have to worry while your in school.
My sister was a huge climber. Her 3 boys were also climbers. Thankful my daughter is not a climber, although she’s now 11yrs. There are so many great images on Google on climbing walls for bedrooms or playrooms.
I’m lucky enough to have a spare bedroom that I turned into my store as well 😂. I was hesitant to do it but my husband encouraged me to have that room dedicated to that. I was in a depression when the pandemic hit and I randomly came across a video of yours after wards that led me to couponing and my hubby has been very supportive of me doing this since it helped me get out of that state of mind. Started in 2021 and I have been at it since. The reason I kept going was because I coupon for items for my family. My mom has not bought anything from the stores since I give her all household & personal care items. My sister has not bought any diapers or baby care products since she had her baby boy (he’s now a year old) and for me that’s what counts. 😊

HI Jodi, The weather here in Los Angeles is a brisk 64 degrees today. We will be in the mid to upper 60's all week. Beautiful blue sky. I did some decluttering in my Kitchen. I had so many knives (Love a sharp knife) I could never find the one I wanted so got rid of some then thought well I'm here might as get rid of some of my extra coffee cups and glasses. I got rid of 3 grocery bags full. Hubby will do a donation run next week. Now trying to muster up the energy to go and do my dresser drawers. Can hardly close them and still need to put away laundry. LOL I've been watching a lot of you tubers who are decluttering for 2023. I've also watched most of your decluttering video's which help me to get myself in gear. Just have to get through the pain in my hips and back. So thanks for the motivation. Love you video's and I also love your laugh. take care and stay safe and warm during this cold season.
I "stage" a box or 2 that I label near the door. Then as I get the "itch" I clean out 1 drawer ( put it in a bag first) and put in the boxes. That way I can do it at my pace. ( I have knee braces, lipöedema, balance issues and a cane so I get how difficult it is at times. You do at your pace. Some days just getting to the bathroom is enough. You will get there.

Well, I may not be a fan of having so much stuff, but I get your point. Having kids, having grandkids with the inflation we are experiencing right now seems a very wise choise to me. Also, donating stuff like this in a community? That's such a great way to do charity and help your neighbour!!! You can build strong friendships that way!
I have only been watching your videos for a few days now. I have to comment how much your love for your family shines through in all that you do and say. You are so cheerful. I appreciate your generosity. You do not get all of that stuff for free. You work and plan to get the coupon deals. You go to the stores and make the purchases. You have to bring everything into your home and get it put away and organized. And reorganized. You make videos to teach other people how to get the same deals. You make videos about organizing everything. You take the time to sort through and go drop off donations. You spend a lot of time creating that stockpile. Time equals money. I used to be a huge bargain shopper before covid. I did enjoy getting some household products and personal hygiene items for free or next to nothing. My main priority was shopping so that I could feel two or 300 Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes each year. You can't put any hygiene stuff in those but I learned to Bargain shop for toys, clothes and school supplies all year round. I also got the free deals on the hygiene products, cleaning supplies and paper products. Then I would sell them and use the proceeds to help pay for the shoe box items. Covid changed everything so much I've never gone back to that. I definitely use grocery store apps and clip their coupons and use the coupons for things one that's on sale. I shop for sale items, clearance items and at the discount grocery store. I live by myself in a studio apartment with two cats. I have extreme sensitivities to scented products so I could probably never even go into your basement and probably not into your house. So, I have to be very particular about the cleaning products and hygiene products I get. I would love to be able to save more money on those few things so I might give CVS or Walgreens a try again. I usually just get things at Walmart or Meijer or order from walmart.com. I don't go through things very fast either. Anyhow, I appreciate your motivation and inspiration. Keep up the hard work you are doing a great job!

I would so do this if I lived on America, I'm from London and we don't do anything like that, so it's a no brainer really , and if you can help family and friends it's amazing, you have your own shop in your house. Keep what you love doing.

Hi, Jodi! Your Michigan neighbor is currently working on downsizing my scrapbook room. I am putting things in boxes and making them up for a garage sale in the spring. I have lots of stuff like you have with your store. So I figure crafters or scrapbookers will love these boxes. Plus I am planning on getting down to the basement and downsizing my Christmas things. I have a daughter and five granddaughters to pass on these decorations. I don’t need them anymore. I am feeling so much better doing this. I have stopped going to stores just to go and buy things I don’t need. I grocery shop online and that’s about it. You’re doing a great job! Love watching your videos.👍🥰💜

I think your couponing is like a brisk clear river of bountiful energy coming into your home. Bountifulness coming in and then bountifulness going out onto others. Also, it's a joy for you to do - it brings you actual joy - which you bring to your home when you give yourself the grace to do something which you enjoy. But, yes, I imagine that bountifulness as a river of white and pearly pink love and joy coming into your home to bubble up the energy of your home and then it turns around and becomes a river of light and love going out to your family members and friends and onto churches and such who find people for whom the products would be such a blessing.
Now if it sat there and wasn't used and was going past its due date then it would be a stagnant swamp of regret and selfishness but because of how it is used and appreciated and turned around to benefit so many - I just know it gives your home such good energy.
Okay, yes, now and again it does get out of hand and you do have to take some time to see to it but you have very efficient and easy to use organisation to keep on top of it all - and much like a business you have stock being turned around to the benefit of many so of course it's going to take some time and energy - but how's that a bad thing when you enjoy your hobby so much 😊
My answer is it provides for me when I’m not bringing in as much as I do during the school year. I used to provide for my churches food pantry. I just got back from the store while I was going down a certain aisle I was like I don’t even need to look at prices or other coupons for that product. I’m stocked up as I haven’t had to purchase that product in years.

Hi Jodi, I wished I new how to couponing when my 4 children were little. It would of helped a lot! But I didn't have disposable diapers back in the late 60's early 70's. I think they had them at the hospital with oldest daughter 2nd baby & they didn't have the vecro yet, we still had to use pins. Ha, but true. Also my kids seem all to get rashes from them. Even my last baby in 1977 & he did too. They could wear them for a short time but not all the time. So I had cloth diapers. We had retired greyhounds & they couldn't go up or down either. We had a downstairs, so I would put a leash on them & slowly go down with them & then up & that seam to work. But they didn't always want to come down. I would wash clothes & clean, they did a few times. I love your videos so keep them coming! Thanks

Hi Jodi, your room looks great and so does your stockpile. So nice to see Vivienne for a change. For the past couple of days I've been decluttering my bedroom. I took a trunk full of donations to our local community center. It feels so good now that it's gone. I had to make room for flooring boxes because we had a flood in our house last year. The flooring has to get acculated to the house temp before it gets laid down. Then I decluttered some other areas of the room. I'm taking a break to watch your video for more inspiration. We had an extra bedroom painted and I got to redecorate it! It was so fun. I just go into the room just to stare! It is cold here...I am in Minnesota. Right now it is 8 F with -7 F windchill.... You have blessed so many people with that stockpile over the years..... I really wish I could find coupons on stuff I actually use. I found I was buying and donating, but not getting much out of it.... and spending a little bit of money that I didn't really have. I almost stopped watching your channel just because it had turned negative in my mind. It still sounds like a ton of work and energy to me, but I have actually been able to work through a lot of those emotions as I make progress alongside you on my house. Incidentally, We are likely going to finish the last container of table salt I bought on a money maker at Meijers years ago salting the driveway this year. That money maker deal bought my family groceries that week when I didn't have the money to do it otherwise.
A pikler triangle is awesome for climbing. Theyre kinda spendy but was soooo worth it for my little toddler. Plus so many activities you can do with it besides climbing, make forts. The ramp can be used for cars, the arch can be turned upside down and used as a rocker. Theres soo many things my little comes up with to play with it

Theyre super nice and the main arch can fold up. We got ours as a big present for him for Christmas on his first birthday and he just turned 2 and doesn't go a day without climbing it. Has definitely helped redirect his climbing
A few things Jodi. First of alll , great video! I love to organize. It calms my brain . So It was great to see you organize your store. Second, you’re right to pay no mind to what those who think you should do with your couponing hauls. To me, it’s a hobby that makes you happy and provides for you, your family, friends and gives you an income.
Third, can you do a video of getting ready for a yard sale?
As for what’s going on in our house, I bought ceiling tiles a few years ago to put in the basement. We have one room left to do. Hubby and I have a running joke, there’s no need to keeping asking him to do it. He was asked a couple years ago. He started last week. It’s happening! So excited to see this done.
We live in northern Canada. It hasn’t stopped snowing. Christmas was -35C. Nobody left the house.
I enjoyed seeing Viviana. I hope you can catch her playing her saxophone again! She's definitely has a gift! A few days ago it was like 70 degrees here in north Texas and now 28 degrees with an ice on the roads. I'm on day two of being home from work. If they cancel the schools and the trash collection then I'm not driving on those roads either! I'm honestly just thankful the power is on this time around, and nowhere near as cold as the last time Mayhem decided to visit.

I’m just getting my stock pile ready for my early summer garage sale. It’s huge for me so it’s a lot of work. But it also helps me go through my house and declutter. Because I too live in a state where is very cold in the winter so no garage sales until summer but my “store” is bursting at the seams. So I look forward to emptying it for my sale.

Between providing for your family, saving your family money, and sharing with your extended family, friends and church, sharing your knowledge and experiences, and helping others save money at yard sales, you are a one-woman community service powerhouse!
After a particularly hard winter slip-fall down some steps a few years ago, I visited at a friend's home for the rest of spring semester. While packing, despite being post-menopausal, my intuition nudged me to tuck in what was left of my feminine products. Sure enough, my friend's family had friends who periodically needed them, and it made me so happy to have that on hand and be able to share when and where it was needed. So I totally feel you on that one. Also, after one of us came up short at an inopportune time, the women on my mom's side began keeping a stash in my grandmother's bathroom cabinets, as well as our luggage. Don't leave home without it. lol

you should never be ashamed of your stockpile. you are using the blessing of couponing for you and your family. I just take advantage of the coupons I get with junk mail and try to use them the best way I can. I utilize my bedroom closet to keep small stock of things for my household but we do the best with what we have! you are blessed with the gift of extreme couponing and having the time and the space to do it. I look at it like an insurance policy, if stuff happens, bad weather, you or a member of your household is sick, you lose your job, power goes out, whatever the case may be. You have supplies to keep your household running for a while! Never a bad idea

I live in Central Alabama and it’s been mid fifties to sixty and raining all week. We bought our granddaughter who is 3 a slide that our daughter put in her living room. She can climb the 3 steps and then slide. Loves it.

Hi Jodi👋very cohesive explanation of couponing. I agree. Couponers are able to decide for themselves what they do with it. I don't coupon these days. I buy very few "name brand" items. Once upon a time, I did couponing and it did help my family. For Gifting family I have been known to do a family essentials box for each of my siblings and even my parents and mailed it to them. It really helped them during holiday visitors stayovers and events.

For February I have the landlord planning to pull all the siding off the side of house facing the main road to replace it. Then they will be fixing any damage they find under it. They will also be replacing 4 full length (south style) single pane double 🪟 with double pane windows. It will mean 1 wall will be weather efficient and should help with heating/ cooling bills.
Yes. Dogs that are not large see staircases as mountains. They need to be taught to clamber up & down them. Suggestion: try having 1 of the girls carry Clarke halfway up ( or down) stairs and carefully set him on the step. Then have the other call him from the bottom ( or top) of staircase. Down is easiest at first. If necessary leave a treat trail of 1 treat on each step. Once he can do half take him a couple more steps from the direction you're working on and repeat. Soon enough he will get it . Then start only putting 1 treat per every second step. Then every third and so on. Once he realizes he can it won't be a problem any more.
Rain is presently refilling the reservoir so we can take showers now & in the future. Our weather has been really weird. Mostly new winter highs it ties for the highs. Then it drops down to 30s. This is weird for here.
I have two grandkids I buy diapers for too. I have a trunk full of diapers for my daughter right now. 😂 She lives about 45 minutes away, so I don’t see her all the time. I had five kids and never couponed for diapers. I so wish I had, but I’m so happy to be able to do it for my daughter, like you. ❤️ I give a lot to my kids who don’t live at home because I don’t have a ton of space (I’m so jealous of yours lol). But I’m at the point now with my stockpile where I just have to get things I’m low on. I just stocked back up on toothpaste, which thankfully, is easy to do. I love your videos. Good for you! I was a coupon mama for many years - a few decades actually! I stopped just before COVID and am still living off my stockpile. My goal was that my kids would not have to purchase any personal care, laundry, cleaning, or feminine products through college. I give to friends - donate to my town’s crisis center and sell at garage sales. Let’s just say that anyone who thought I was crazy, knew who to come to during COVID when they were unable to get basic supplies. Speaking of selling at garage sales - people would give me a hard time with the prices I would charge (which were way lower then the stores) and say “I used coupons to get them”. Those people have no clue what is involved - your time is worth $!!! Love your stock pile and your store!!! I keep mine in a room in my basement - my kids call it “the free room”.
I LOVE to shop at couponer’s yard sales! One or two dollars for a large,sealed,in date tube of toothpaste or shampoo. 🙌🏻 I appreciate all the work with the coupons and that I can get necessities affordably. Believe me, it’s still a valuable community service even when you don’t give it away!👌👏👍

I moved to my first home in June. I had a dedicated room for my "store". I finally got it organized on Sunday with a pegboard for hanging items like, razors, eyebrow pencils..lol..it looks so organized. I sent pictures to family. Even got a few orders.

I live in a country where coupons happen but in fairness not many people use them, however we do have a thing called 'loyalty prices' which is money off items if you have a loyalty card for certain store chains. I use mine every time I shop. I've saved a fortune.

Yes need some warm weather. Bright and sunny 9F here in MN. Really any personal care product you need there is a coupon at some point. Never pay full price. Love the stockpile !

Couponing and bargain shopping brings me joy also! I only use digital coupons and I have saved so much so much money! People often think I’m crazy but I don’t care! Lol I once got about 10 toilet brushes and they were 10¢ and the cashier said to me “what are you going to do with these?” Of course I replied- well most likely I’m gonna clean my toilets….and the others I will probably donate or give to my family?!?! And she kind of rolled her eyes….but I bit my tongue bc I wanted to say how come you aren’t asking what I’m doing with the toilet paper?!? Haha

Ohh and another thing that brings me joy is I regularly send my nieces care packages bc they are in college and they LOVE when aunt G sends boxes! Their roommates also love it! And are always in awe at the stuff that I score and haul! It is fun!

I only have my spare bedroom for my stockpile and it has gotten overrun with stuff. I have really cut back on couponing to try and use up some of my stuff. I have recently donated to my grandchildren’s school. My son said they were doing a drive to help families at the school in need so I took him a big box of personal care stuff. I also take stuff to a woman who makes a big donation to a women’s shelter. I take stuff to my father for his house and my sister for her house. I went through my clothes this week and filled 2 trash bags with clothes to take to donation as well. My son bought me an IKEA dresser that I had been wanting so I can go vertical and free up space, so I decided it was time to let go of clothes I wasn’t wearing. Decluttering is a never ending battle, but I keep plugging away at it.
Donna yes it’s hard to not get the deals but it’s not with it if your space can’t hold the products. You are doing great things with your stock ❤️❤️
I woke up this morning and was just in a state of, I have to do this thing that I thought about overnight. So I have been redoing a section of my room that had been boxes and totes..... turning the totes into a bench. The boxes were drawer boxes with some stuff I had packed up out of my bathroom when I thought we were going to be moving.
