Wow! What a wreck!! Lot of damage starting from crank all the way through! I started watching your dial indicator expecting run out but when I seen the cam plate (stuck back in place with out bolts) start moving around, I almost fell out off my stool! Geez what a pile of mangled mess you have there! 😳 As for that tranny, time for a Baker Grudgebox. Engine, omg, toast, very few parts left to put any trust in for a rebuild. If you do rebuild, recommend you Magnaflux the engine cases for stress fractures. Hell of a lot of vibration had to be going on with the last dance that motor had😬
It’s very unfortunate brother!! Will be pulling the engine out tomorrow and doing a full assessment 🤙🏼 As for the gearbox, I have a guy here in Oz that reverse cuts the dog gears and cleans the stock boxes up nice 🤌🏼 She’s had a big beating unfortunately, however I’ll get it sorted! Hope you’re well 💪🏼
@@sfcustomcycles Great to have someone local for quality transmission work! Think everyone should prefer local businesses whenever possible. Helps keep the local biker economy healthy while managing build costs for yourself. Baker quality was first thing that came to mind as a heavy duty replacement option. Go with what/who you know and trust! States, Florida to be specific.
