Thanks for another straightforward review. I wasn't actively thinking about getting another phone, but if I can get a good flip phone at a reasonable price like this, it suddenly becomes very tempting. Of course, I keep hoping somebody is going to bring out another good phone with a physical keyboard.
My favourite phones ever were QWERTY phones. I loved the Nokia e71, and the BlackBerry KEY2 LE the best. I got the BlackBerry on sale from Amazon - could never afford them in the past. I seriously considered buying the Unihertz Titan Pocket but ended up getting the Google Pixel 6a on sale.
Thanks for the video Adam. I love how you feature phones which are not mainstream. This phone is a great price. If I was due to buy a new phone I would consider it. I've been wanting a flip phone since Samsung first released theirs. I got my Google Pixel 6a on sale last September. I want to see if I can get a few years out of it (software updates until July 2025 and security patches until July 2027). It is my first Pixel and I'm hooked on the call screening, the small form factor, the camera, and the clean Android experience. Although Google is far from perfect I now prefer it to the competition. I'm hoping that Google will come out with a flip phone ☺️. I better start saving 😁
Another great review! :D Thank you always very informative! Obsessed with flip phones! Still waiting on Oppo for the newest release flip wise hoping they announce something near the end of the year!
Hey man, it's crazy of all the phones out there you reviewed this... So I'm caught in this situation where I bought this nubia phone over a blackberry passport silver edition because the bb silver is absolutely impossible to find here in the UAE (new and low priced). Buying it from the US and shipping is even more expensive. So then I thought a flip or fold- buying an older Samsung flip/fold for cheap, vs this, I went with this. The nubia flip comes 2 weeks ago, I didn't like the build so tried returning it...they wouldn't take it back..so I'm stuck with it... I barely use it... just feels really dumb for spending 514 usd equivalent for it. But i haven't used it regularly yet. Heavy gaming on the phone is a big no. Screen quality and clarity are awesome, camera is above average, phone software crashes then and there, parts and accessories are hard to find, but i am being hopeful....also, I haven't regularly used it, so let's see if my view improve. +The outside screen is very minimal, which kind of serves as an almost dumb phone to reduce screen time. I'm guessing future updates will add more to the outside sceeen --- I've loved your channel for a very long time.. always followed you for the evergreen blackberry love, and on-going honest reviews. I was sulking on this bad purchase..but now I'll be giving this phone a fair chance, thanks to you. Stay awesome man, all the best.
I like this one. The price is starting to become "affordable". I will not yet jump on it. Will wait a while more until it this form factor becomes democratised. €600 is still a bit to stretchy on my wallet.

My Samsung Z Flip 5 has been great. I bought it upon release.

I agree, its nice to see competition enter the market.

Thanks for the review!
My pleasure!
Thanks brother this is amazing phone I think I buy it soon
Nice video
Nice phone 💪💪💪💪💪💪
Please can anyone tell me if it works on all carriers in U.S.
Seems like the SoC is two generations behind. The 7 Gen 3 is out and I saw that it's the leading performer in the midrange market.
With it's price, would you consider buying Galaxy flip 4 instead of Nubia? Thanks!

Cool 😎
Check out the blackview foldable also
At 450$ USD it's a good buy but there's little things more I would love from it at 600euros
My only gripe is that circle outer display makes the phone look so weird. Just my opinion maybe some people like that design.
Did that spec sheet say 20GB of ram?
12GB + 8GB Virtual RAM (that's taken from the storage)
Umm u can get the z flip 4 for less than 400 dollors
Flip phones, battery life and camera are average.
What a massive disappointment! How can an OEM go from creating something like the Z60 Ultra, to creating something like this?
It’s nice but expensive. The zflip 5 512gb new unlocked in my country costs 550 dollars
I've got concerns about value Flip Phones now that my dad's Motorola Flip stopped working after 3 months.
Use the warranty and get it fixed
I wonder why you have not review huawei pura 70 and honor magic6 !!!
Because I don’t have them
Looks very odd
Everybody trying to be different
Flip fones are a bad idea keep away from them they all go wrong
