      FearlessFront (Todd Christopher) you need to look into ARC racing for billet parts, I’m looking for an ohv so I can start throwing parts at it 😎

    Nice! You inspired me to build an ATV rack for my 1975 Sears ST-12. I made it from an aluminum ladder off of a 1980's RV. Lightweight, Easily removable and plenty of storage. I can mount a 50 cal ammo can over each fender and plenty of space behind the seat as well.

    Small block chevy valve springs fit right inside the factory seat springs keeps you from bottoming the seat into the fender

    I have an old murray dynamark i believe is what its called. It use to belong to my grandpa and i loved it. Id ride kids around in a trailer with it all the time when i was younger and he knew i loved it so he gave it to me. The motor was tired and somebody robbed some parts off of it so instead of looking it over and making a list of what was taken off the motor i pulled it and put an opposed twin on it like the mud king had on his tractor and i think it may have ripped a couple gears out of my transaxle so it pretty much only has 1st which is a incredibly torquey crawl but i want to go a little faster i just havent got around to looking in the transaxle to see how bad it is. Nothing seems to grind or rub i just dont have anything past 1st gear. I welded the planetary up for posi traction which may have put too much power into a shift fork or maybe a gear shaft and snapped or maybe i sheered a key or something im not sure but the mower has been sitting so long im not really sure what it will take to bring it back. I love the look of the mower and wish i could get a new transaxle or find a fix for mine but i just got a kawasaki eliminator 600 thats taking up my free time riding it. Maybe some day i will get out there and take the transaxle apart and see what happened.

    Well, great minds think alike, I mounted a rack off a Chinese 110cc atv to my mid mower! They are great! I have used mine as a tow bar more than a storage rack, before I got a gin pole.

    Careful how much you put back there. I blame all the stuff I had on my rear rack for the back flip I did two years ago with my Murray. Doc has footage of the flip in one of his trail videos.

    Wow! Big fan of it. Definitely one of the better mods you've done to it. Gonna look great once you pressure wash and paint the tractor. I was waiting for you to jump on it like the sears 😕. Might do something like that with my lifted '88 Jacobsen Homelite LT10. I've done something similar to what you did to a '03 southern starts. Took the whole front bumper, skid plate, and front rack off a '86 moto 4 and bolted it down on the back of the southern starts. Its stout. How's the other transaxle/tires coming along? Thanks for sharing this mod.

    I love the vid and I'm happy you're back to posting, but I just have to ask. Could you do a video on how you mounted your back wheels with the hubs and what kind of hubs you used, or do you have one? My one big question is was your hub made of steel if so how did you weld that to a aluminum axle?

    I'm thinking of making a mud/racing mower any suggestions of what mower I should use

    • @Fearlessfront
      @Fearlessfront  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Something with a Gear Drive transaxle, avoid hydrostatic, avoid anything MTD. That means if it has a forward neutral reverse selector, and then a separate speed selector, it's an MTD very Drive. Avoid those. The older the better

    • @dylanphillips9745
