I've never really looked at the lyrics as creepy. I portrayed it as ''where are your so-called sweet innocent sons and daughters up to? Getting up to no good that's what.'' Anarchy, lots of sex, orgies and mind altering substances, pure hedonism. I found the voice hilarious too, especially when he starts laughing near the last third of the track LOL. Saying that, I wouldnt want to listen to it if I was having a full blown psychotic episode though :/
