On a day like today where i wanted to go out, i needed to hear this when i got back. Lots of self doubt and tense just for a simple drive. Even now listening to this someone drove by with a loud sports car going way to fast for a backroad. Wish i had that confidence

Yes, I like this one even if I looked a bit like a Christmas tree with my new microphone flashing. I am going to be releasing more videos from clients showing their results so let me know if you'd like to do one. It means a lot to hear from it from people it worked for and not just me :-D

I have been isolated at home for 23 years without leaving other than a couple times to get my license and go see a dentist, it's due to generalized social anxiety disorder. I have no support from family, my mom gives me a place to live which is fine but she likes me here to clean and help out, but she's never put forth any action to help me better my life ever since I was a kid. I would be bullied at school and she had apathy about it "just ask them not to bully you" as if that is ever going to work. There's so much trauma in my past that I may not even remember anymore, so I feel it would be impossible to remove it all. Remaining at home 23 years with no friends, no social contact at all aside from family has been like a prison. I'm getting older, have no skills, have nothing to show for my life. It's been terribly lonely.

Yeah . While I'm not 100% same experience as you , I do relate with your situation .
I do hope you will be alright with your household , probably wish you good luck and hope one day you can get out of your home .
I feel like bird in the cage in my home , I feel I couldn't do anything in here . I lived in a village in rural area , pretty much the only way to get out is having a transportation like cars or motorcycle . I don't liked it , I prefer walking around or jogging . But I couldn't do it , this place is too isolated and feel like anything could happen to me and nobody will know .
I don't even like my own home . I want to tell , My family weren't bad people and I'm grateful for them . However , I couldn't help but feel like I needed to wear a "mask" whenever i get out of my room , talk to my family like a different person . They always judged or criticized whatever I do , making me feel insecure , doubt , fear , or fragile of everything.
I couldn't even feel like removed my mask sometimes at my own room due to have to share with my mom . The reason because she doesn't like to be alone after my dad passed away . I understand her feelings yet frustated because my only place where I could be myself pretty much gone.
Sorry for rambling . Seeing you comment just make me feel want to let out my feelings. Especially this week's where i have driving test (that's another story , but basically I take driving car test because it only way to get out of here , my home . However , I have trauma with cars years ago , so I currently trying to help healing myself ).

I've developed a fear of driving on the motorway. It's been years since I last drove there, despite having tried hypnosis and counseling. I'm still struggling to overcome this fear. I'm comfortable driving on regular roads, but the motorway seems daunting. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here , but, I am working on it. Just the speed of someone driving fast next to me it scary. I hope these videos help me. You are not alone, I have the same feeling.

Hi how can I get your help please I have had my licence for quite a few years but the thought of even just getting into the car in the daytime scares the jesus out of me. I feel a bit more comfortable at night when going on one route that I know but other than that I am struggling so bad and I just want to be able to do simple things such as pick up my children for school or appointments shopping that type of thing. Please can you help! Thanks Marcella

I have had an episode that happened 6 years ago and I can’t rid of my anxiety without alcohol for when I’m driving. And now I got my first DUI and I’m hoping to start hypnosis. If you can really teach me to battle this so I can help myself I would be so grateful and would make a video sharing my experience ❤

I can't usually help in cases involving alcohol. That's something that needs more than hypnotherapy alone because help is needed to stop drinking safely.
