Dk be careful of traps however in an abandoned bunker I've been to there's ton of traps with thin plastic or cardboard you'd fall in if you stepped on and they were quite deep were lucky I saw one with cardboard moved
i tried urban exploring, all the danger of urbex was in the school i chose, homeless person bad floors (we annoyed the homeless guy by breaking his wooden barrier)

Explorers aren’t responsible for other people who do not have a home. If a building is abandoned anyone is free to either house themselves in it or explore.
