Norma, thank you for posting this . I've been recently diagnosed with LBD - an awful disease , yet, it explains so very much as to what's been going on with me for so many years! The autonomic system issues are so weird - -

Great video. Just a quick comment- Miralax isn’t fiber. I think the doctor meant Metamucil or Benefiber, and the importance of drinking water with these fiber drink supplements so as not to make “cement” in the digestive tract.
