I just came across your channel today and I just want to say thank you for all the information. You seem so honest and unbiased! Good luck with everything you do, you definitely deserve all the success that comes your way!
Also, I just ran into a question when I was searching for ClayDry - the companies Zion Health and Adama Minerals both sell it, and they seem to be the same company because they have the same contact information and everything, but they are two completely different websites. Do you know anything about that? I couldn't figure out why they are basically the same company under two different sites/names. I assume it doesn't really matter which site people order the deodorant from, but I just thought it was a little odd haha.
Excellent question!! I actually had a similar conversation with the rep who sent me the Zionhealth (clay dry) deodorant. The Adamminerals site is for normal retail purchases for people like you and me. The zionhealth website is actually for wholesale purchases only. So they are the same company, the sites are just for different purposes. Hope this helps!!
And thank you, thank you, thank you for your kind words!! I do my best to make sure my reviews are well researched and thoroughly tested so that I can give you the most accurate info available. You just made my day!!
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) does cause irritation in some people, so if you got red irritated Pitts switch to the sensitive formula's that don't contain it. I love Schmidt's the vanilla Rose is my fav. but bergamot lime is good too. After I apply I rub it in with my fingers. I recently bought the coconut vanilla native deodorant which I saw at Target and while it smells heavenly and dose go on smoother I still end up stinking. It doesn't include arrowroot powder but instead tapioca starch, it also doesn't appear to contain sodium bicarbonate but magnesium carbonate hydroxide instead.
Buying claydry right now!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased Schmidt deodorant after watching your 1st video some months ago.. Luckily I got the jasmine tea just because Jasmine is my favourite flower and Schmidt being my first time purchase , I just adore it. I also have tried the native deodorant I sweat a lot and it leave yellow stains on my clothes. However those stains are easy to remove with a normal wash in the washing machine .
TRY THE SCHMID'S SENSITIVE LAVENDER! The scent is amazing, and Lavender even has antibacterial/antimicrobial properties which makes sense in an area like the under arms. I'm loving it after trying the original Schmidt's original and having the burning issue due to the baking soda.
Try doing an underarm detox with bentonite clay one tablespoon of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and you mix it until it's like a paste consistency to where you can put it on with your fingers or spoon and it'll stay there let it sit until it's dry take a shower and rinse off do that like three times a week for a few weeks and then do maintenance like every like once a month
I'm a man and I used the Schmidt's regular. It left hard deposits of deodorant int he armpits of my t-shirts, like little deodorant cakes and I could feel it every time I put my shirt on, even after washing and drying in machine. I don't use Schmidt's anymore. I use native now and don't have issue with it not working. Keeps me from having body odor. I guess everyone's body is different.
My mom and I used schmidt's for a while and we noticed it was leaving oily stains on our clothes. Have you noticed any stains on your clothes from any of the natural deodorants you've tried?
Yes, actually!! That is one of the big downsides...they do easily come out of you coat the stains with stain stick or a spray stain remover before you throw it in the wash!
Love planet and beauty. also at Target here is a sniff test challenge where 7 deodorants were tested by 2 different females over 7 days.. It's funny but, it might help. th-cam.com/video/RlK0-c488QY/w-d-xo.html
I'm a die hard Native fan! The scent lasts a long time and there's many to choose from. I find that I don't sweat hardly ever with these and I use to never be able to find a deodorant that did that even the clinical ones. I only have to apply it once a day! After watching this video I'm curious about the claydry though!!
Thank you for sharing your very thorough results with us!! You're awesome!! Please keep doing what you're doing! I'm convinced, definitely going to try the Claydry! I am currently using a roll-on made by Real Purity which works well as long as you wait til it dries, so I am very excited to try an actual stick deodorant! Thank you again for doing the hours of research to find what you feel are the best products, (so we don't have to!) :)
I have downloaded the “Think Dirty” app that rates products 0-10 in terms of chemicals and toxins. I would love to try the ClayDry deodorant but the lowest number I could find for any of them was a 5 due to fragrances. The Schmidt’s was a 0! Native came in at 3s and 4s. I couldn’t find the Original ClayDry like you had in the video. Maybe that one is a lower number since it’s not the special “scented” ones?
Its probably the shea butter in the Native that mitigates any damage from the baking soda, raw African shea butter has anti-inflammatory and other healing properties. Great video, thank you!
I will say I like the Schmitz I’ve only ever used the rose and vanilla but it definitely leaves a lot of residue and white marks on clothes and EVERYTHING!! But beyond that it does block my order pretty well but not exactly the best antiperspirant.
Thank you for the update! So the first natural deodorant I ever tried was Tom’s of Maine lavender deodorant that contained Zinc ricinoleate, which after about a week an a half of use caused a horrible burning sensation under my arms and left my skin calloused for a while after I discontinued use. Not to mention it also did a terrible job (had to reapply many times a day and still just smelled like lavender AND BO together). The texture was also disgusting, like very sticky and wet/gloopy despite this being a stick formula. So I threw that in the trash like 5-6 years ago and never went back. But now I’m waiting on 2 Native deodorants to deliver right now but I’ve been kinda worried about getting a rash from the baking soda. The scents I got are technically seasonal (vanilla & sandalwood + cypress & ginger) because I am switching from men’s Old Spice ‘Timber with mint’ scent deodorant ( not the antiperspirant) and it doesn’t work on me, I have to reapply at least once a day on any given day and while I’m at work I’m just BO for most of the day which is embarrassing. I got the full size of the cypress and ginger because I read that cypress essential oil has some anti-bacterial properties kind of like lavander (which id try if the only one available right now wasn’t also mixed with sage-ew) and also ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, so that may help me with the possible irritation. My only other concern is darkening of the underarms, which has happened to me from the first one I tried. I guess I’ll find out but it will have costed me $15 to do that. Wish me luck, I’ll try to update on these products after a month of use. I hope the scent doesn’t ‘sour’ on me because I love pine scent ;(
Side note: I wish more brands touted the PH of their product, as most of the things in natural deodorant could be irritating simply because it making your underarms too alkaline (which both baking soda and magnesium hydroxide ~which is milk of magnesia btw~ are VERY alkaline. It may not just cause irritation but also contribute to its effectiveness at reducing odor as certain bacteria prefer non-acidic environments... One thing I forgot to mention: I’m also afraid of the deodorants leaving oil stains on the underarms, I can’t afford to ruin my clothes.
LOL I love the original scent too!!! They sent me sweet amber but the original scent is soo bomb!! I want to try the Lemonade scent soon. ClayDry is awesome!!!
I have been thinking of trying and switching to a natural deodorant! Specifically native Sense they are cruelty free and vegan plus their scent options sound nice! or even the zion health deodorant. I’m also open to more natural deodorant options if one or more are better than the other. I don’t have sensitive skin and don’t have sensitive armpits at all. Any deodorant I have used never gave me problems so I don’t think I’ll have a negative reaction like some people have cause of having sensitive skin.
I am using and liking native deodorant but would be interested in trying the clay dry. However I am in Canada and I just checked and their shipping is quite expensive and the native deodorant ships to me free to the east coast of Canada from California.
HI have you tried Scully's or Little Seed Farms? To keep my underarms from turning colors i stopped shaving, I use a Epilator by Emjoi. Best thing ever! I also do a body scrub and include my arms.
When I lived in Colorado (during the winter) I tried Schmidt's Deodorant pot in Bergamot Lime and I had no problems with it at all (I was pregnant during that time too.). I've tried Primal Pit Paste in several of their paste pot scents. I've never tried the stick form (I lived in Indiana for a full season and found this deodorant to work fine for me on most days. It's not so great on extremely muggy days. I now live in Arizona. Primal Pit Paste DOES NOT WORK for me during the summer (It melts and becomes soupy). For me Primal Pit Paste also gives me a rash when I apply it the same day I shave under my arms. For some reason, I have no need for any deodorant at all during the Arizona winter/spring/fall seasons.). When I lived in California, I tried Now brand Apricot scented deodorant stick. That was one of the worst natural deodorants for me. I might have had a defective one because it was too creamy and melted as if it was mostly coconut oil the moment I put it to my skin. Customer service was horrible. They flat out told me that it was my fault that I smelled so bad. They wouldn't refund my money or replace the stick. I also tried the crystal deodorant in both crystal and liquid form. They didn't really work for me.
I have been struggling with natural deodorant! I used primal pitt paste, tom's, then went to schmidt's but both irritated my underarms & turned them a dark color... I exfoliate and do a clay detox. I am excited to try the clay dry & I hope that it works.. if not I may have to make my own which I definitely did not want to do. Just found your channel & subscribed!
Fingers crossed the zion health claydry one works! I really held up during some serious sweat sessions, so I have a good feeling you'll find success! So glad to have you join the community!
How is the texture on the Clay Dry deodorant? The grit of the Schmidts was too much for me so I was trying to decide between trying Native or ClayDry next.
I’d say it’s a blend of the texture of Schmidt’s and Native. Native feels like a traditional deodorant, but I don’t find that it works against sweat the way the other two do!
I second this. I've tried several natural deodorants. Schmidt's was my favorite but after prolonged used would irritate my skin (never rashed) but I would need to take a break from it. Native... just no along with a few others... they just didnt last or keep the stink away. And all of them seemed to Leave a residue on my clothing that was difficult to wash out and would trap the stink if I got stinky. Switched to LUME and I can easily go 2 days with no issues. I havent gone any longer because well, washing daily isnt good for your hair or skin going more than every other day feels ick mentally. Anyway, I treated all my shirt pits with Natures Miracle and washed all of my clothing in Persil laundry detergent. And no more issues. I love it and a little goes a long way!
Hey, I am very interested in the claydry but cannot find it on Amazon in germany. I will go on a vacation to New York this autumn. Does someone know if there is the possibility to get the claydry online? Greetings from Germany
You are soooo informative! Thank you so much! I great appreciate it. I am soo frustrated right now. My secret definitely was being told after years of commitment!!! Lol thank you!
This or That hey Schmidts has there holiday scents in the sensitive formula which comes in a baby powdery light scent and there other sensitive scents you should check out Also try Primal Pit deo
I bought the same scmidt that you had issues with and it not only irritated my armpits but made them darker!!!! I decided to go natural because obviously they're better for your body, but because i have dark underarms and heard switching to natural would help not make them darker and yeah they got darker than how i had them before!!! I switch to toms so lets see how it works
Oh gosh!! I’m so sorry to hear that! Report back on your Tom’s experience. One of my friends didn’t have good luck with it, and we are both sweaty Bettys! Haha I want to know your thoughts!
have you tried lavanilla? That is my favorite, however its a little expensive (17$). So I recently bought the sensitive Schmidts in pineapple coconut - waiting to receive it. I hope it wont turn sour on me :/
I haven't tried the lavanilla, but I'll definitely keep it on my radar. That pricetag for deo makes me shiver, though! haha Since everyone's body chemistry is a little different you may have good luck with it!! Let me know if it works out for you!
You need to check out a new product that just came out in October 2017. Lume Deodorant. all natural and cruelty free. it works for 48 hours, amazing so one stick can last a long time. i had a stick last 4 months. invented by a doctor so it is based on the science of why we have BO and crotch stink
Thanks for the thorough videos! I loved the Zion deodorant that you recommended because it actually did the job but the stick was so dry that I couldn’t easily apply it to my skin. I had to really force it on which caused internal cysts/large bumps. So I tried Schmidt’s but I smell daily. Do you know if there might be a different Zion stick that can be easily applied? I reached out to customer service twice but haven’t heard anything. Thanks for your help!
I have had issues with a couple of different natural deodorants being a little difficult to apply, so I’ve developed some tricks! Take the stick out while you shower, so the heat from the shower softens it up a bit. You can also hold it under your arm for a bit like the packaging suggests, but that doesn’t always work for me. If it hardens too badly, try scraping off a thin layer on the top and it TOTALLY changes the formula and makes it much easier to apply. Hopefully these tips help!
Hi I had the same issue when started using Zion health a couple of months ago but that was when it was still cold when the weather started warming up it was easy to apply and I love the Zion health Palo Santo scent I will continue using it 😊
Marlene Marken no joke. Clay naturally has lead in it. Small amounts yet over time can build up. So if you use clay in makeup and self care. Be cautious.
I have the same struggle of switching deodorants because I can not use traditional antiperspirants anymore. I haven’t found one that I like and that works after about 2 weeks. Do you still use and like the Claydry deodorant?
Which natural deodorant have your found to be the most moisturizing? I’m looking for a natural doederant that mimics the “creaminess” of dimethicone in traditional antiperspirants. The propylene glycol/gel based deodorants tend to feel sticky under my arms which cause irritations and chafing when I sweat. Ouch! And the coconut oil based ones I’ve tried leave oil stains on my clothes! With claydry, are you oil stain free and does it seem to moisturize well??
I think that the natural deodorants most similar in feel to traditional deodorants would be Native and Schmidt's SENSITIVE formula. They are smooth and creamy without the grit of the ClayDry and Schimdt's original formula. I honestly prefer the gritty ones, because I feel like they do a better job overall with sweat and smell. The oily stains (that I got from ALL natural deos that I tried!) do come out in the wash, but they aren't the most ideal, in general.
I’m searching for the same! I was using Arm and Hammer essentials and it was working well until a few days ago-was feeling super sticky and started to irritate/give me a rash. I have Little Seed Farm (grapefruit scent) and the consistency is very moisturizing going on and dries down perfectly. It holds up ok, I think maybe a different scent would be better. The only thing is that it did dry out my armpits on the sides so I am very particular to just put it right on the actual armpit. It comes in a jar but they send little stick applicators when you order! Hope this helps a little!
Thank you so much for this video. Very informative and helpful. Just wondering if you're still using the ClayDry or if you switched to something else? Thanks alot :)
I’m still going strong with the ClayDry! I’m using a minty scented one now that is more Eucalyptus smelling. It’s great just like their original scent!!
I was like you and went through trying so many different brands of natural deodorant before finally finding something that actually works for me. I now use Schmidt's unscented. I've not had any issues with the baking soda but maybe Schmidt's has a sensitive formula that's unscented. I've also tried PiperWai with good results, but it's EXPENSIVE! Thanks for the video; this stuff is important!
I'm glad to know I'm not alone in the long trial and error phase. I appreciate your kind words, and I'm happy to hear you've found something that works!!
Girl I FEEL you on the Native not working fully, (the limited edition seasonal scents) to the Schmidts sensitive not working fully either (I had geranium OMG) and then trying to switch to Degree not working lol I ordered TONS OF natural deodorants off Amazon. Primal pit paste to a German one hahaha its CRAZY !! Nice video bc its very honest. I am willing to try anything. I will not go back to aluminum deodorants after a cancer situation in my family. My real channel is Shai's Time
Doe John No lol still sticking to native but I have sensitive skin so I’m going to try out their sensitive scents along with Schmidt’s sensitive scents to see what works for me/better
I wanted to ask how long does one tube of them last? Right now I use old spice and it last 2/3 months. Great video because I want to switch to a natural deo and I have bad BO and nothing works on me even clinical strength one's.
I would say the Clay Dry and Schmidt’s tubes both last about the same amount of time, 2-3 months. They have roughly the same amount of product as traditional deodorants. The native has lasted me longer ONLY because it can’t be used and be as effective for me as the others. If you struggle with BO, I HIGHLY suggest you buy ClayDry!
here is a sniff test challenge where 7 deodorants were tested by 2 different females over 7 days.. It's funny but, it might help. th-cam.com/video/RlK0-c488QY/w-d-xo.html
Hi Love. I just subscribed I just got the Schmidts Lavender + Sage. I also have the Jason Tea Tree (I get some irritation) and Tarte Clean Queen and the Tom's. This was a great video!
I’ve tried the Claydry extra strength deodorant in the “White Pine” scent, which smells beautiful to me in the tube...on my underarms?! Yuck!! I guess it doesn’t react well with my body chemistry. I have been enjoying how my Native (coconut vanilla scent) deodorant works even through a sweaty Zumba class. Of course, a shower is taken shortly after any sweat inducing workout and fresh deodorant is applied on clean skin.
Sometimes the scent creativity is a recipe for disaster, I totally understand! Coconut vanilla is the Native version I've been using too, but I'm glad to hear that it does hold up for you through those work out classes!
Tory Scott Yes and no. I started trying natural deodorants because even with traditional antiperspirant deodorants I was sweating, feeling smelly and sweating more from the anxiety that I might smell bad. Yes, Native keeps me relatively dry and comfortable. No, because if I start to warm and sweat either from exertion or exercise I will perspire. The difference now is that the sweat I experience using Native is not the yuck BO I felt I had with other deodorants/antiperspirants. That in itself seems to help me sweat less. I hope that answers your questions and you find a solution that suits you!
ljclay02 thank you for replying. This does help. I am currently experiencing the same w all regular deodorants and would like to switch to something more natural. I will give native a try! Thank you :)

Stephanie Thornton I make my own deodorant and even thought about selling it. For me it took a little bit for my body to adjust and I’ve been using my homemade baking soda free deodorant for a year now! Primal pit paste gave me an awful rash and I’m assuming that’s because of the baking soda.
Hello I’m so glad I seen your video I have a really bad problem with my under arms I have to use deodorant so I decided to switch to natural deodorant I’ve used so many deodorants and nothing will work for me so I bought a schmidts deodorant and I loved it the only problem is that I started getting a rash I went to the doctor and they didn’t know what it was about but now seeing your video I think it is this deodorant even though it’s natural I think it’s the deodorant it’s giving me a rash. I will switch to one of their other natural U posted hope it works ..... thank u for sharing! Forgot to mention my underarms Got dark with Schmidt’s :(
The same thing happened to me! After a lot of research I realized that it is baking soda that causes rashes in many people. Many natural deodorants use baking soda, but it can cause rashes :( I recommend you just make your own deodorant. It is so easy! just google DIY deodorant without baking soda and waaaalaaaa
I like the natural deodorant Crystalux, in spray form, and have been using it for years after I was treated for breast cancer and wanted to switch to more natural products. Do these deodorants cause any white marks black shirts and tees or staining on the armpits as I've read in some reviews. Thanks!
Most of them don’t have a white hue, so I haven’t experienced any white marks on clothing! There are instances where I’ve had stains, but as long as you treat them thoroughly with stain remover before you wash them they come out just like new!
I loved Schmidts in the jar, was effective on sweat and B.O. but stopped using it because ruined my black clothes with white marks. Does the Schmidts stock do same thing? What about Native and Claydry? I’m Currently using Kiss My Face liquid rock, no white marks and no BO but takes forever to dry.
I haven't noticed white marks, but I was having issues with it sort of "staining" my clothes. For instance, I wore the claydry with this red orange sweater, and I was lifting a lot of boxes and climbing a lot of stairs at work that day, and the sweat and deodorant actually stained my clothes. It dried and still looked completely wet! It was sort of embarrassing, BUT with a little stain stick it did come out of my clothes.
Which one doesn't hurt when you try to put it on? As a guy, Own Brand was horrible. In general if it tells you to hold it to your skin so it can soften, stay away. Pulls hairs
It's honestly personal preference! Native went on really smoothly, but it wasn't as effective for me. I got use to the "grittiness" of the others overtime.
Any organic or "better ingredient" lotion recommendations? It got me thinking when you mentioned the deodorant absorbing the vitamins and nutrients, the lotion would be beneficial as well.
That's one product I haven't done a deep dive into, I'm sad to say -- Maybe that should be the next research project! My favorite lotion, though, is the Aveeno one that is lavender scented because it's calming and keeps me moisturized for 24 hours. It's marketed as a "more natural" product, but I'm iffy on if it actually is. You've got me thinking though!
This or That Alright then, thanks for the info! I'll have to do a little digging as well, but that is one I will keep in mind. I just figure hmmm maybe can make things better with more nutrients absorbed. Just trying to treat the body well...had not thought about it much until I seen this video.
I was looking at some of the ingredients for the clay dry and I realize that it also has baking soda as an ingredient. I tend to react to baking soda in deodorant. From your original video I thought you did too. Does the clay dry work for you without reaction?
Oddly enough, the claydry did not irritate me after shaving, unlike the Schmidt's. I haven't been able to pinpoint what the irritant is in the other formula!
@@MaggiesTwoCents give it a try, I highly recommend it, my wife and I wanted to get away from the antiperspirant aluminum and next thing you know I'm hearing about this Arm & Hammer Essentials from all kinds of people and so far it's been great, very inexpensive which is a huge Plus
I have not, but I have had a lot of people ask me about that brand! I've found success with the brands I've been using and haven't been on the hunt. Where can you buy it?
Ehhh, it kind of depends on the day! If I was particularly sweaty for any reason, I'll sometimes use a deodorant wipe to wipe off and then reapply. The key is not to use too much product! A little goes a long way and can do a better job of keeping you drier longer.
Thanks so much for your input on this ! I have been using Schmidts and it had been irritating me (even when I don't shave! ). I've been looking for an alternative, but wasn't sure which option to go with. Thank you!!!
I never had issues with the packaging! I'm sorry you struggled with that. It looks like the price of each stick has remained around $4.99 in stores near me.
Hi I would like to know what would you recommend for old spice gel deodorants? Or would you recommend a dry deodorant spray? I've used the Schmidts charcoal one but sweat is very noticeable I feel like it doesn't help at all to control the sweat as for odor it works ok!
I’ve tried the old spice deoderant (not anti-perspirant) in the scents that I swear are way more “girly” than “manly”. I have also tried Schmidt’s. I keep going back to the gel deoderant only old spice deoderants. I keep getting the wolfthorn or the bearglove scent. Both are pretty fruity/feminine smelling!
In Schmidt's the concentration of the baking soda compared to natives may be much more if you have too much baking soda it can cause pain redness or a rash it all depends on the person Note: I have never tried euther natives or schmidts
This or That oh no it didn’t happens with the clay dry. I haven’t tried it yet. Did the Schmidt’s give you a rash that turned darker?? Because the Schmidt’s did that to me!
Schmidt's definitely irritated my skin when used right after shaving, but I haven't experienced any darkening or a full blown rash. On the whole I don't have super sensitive skin, so that could be why!
Not necessarily, but many people prefer to support smaller businesses. A larger company may also opt to mess with the formulas to cut costs causing changes in quality or not being as natural anymore.
Barbara A yes, unilever is the devil. Their line of products are full of chemicals and they perform horrific animal testing. If you buy schmidts, you are putting money in unilevers pocket.
and the product totally changed. i bought 1 charcoal/magnesium that worked great and then another when i ran out. TOTALLY broke me out to the point my underarms turned dark, were burnt and hurt like heck
Great video. My Grandfather was a farmer and we made arrowroot powder and cooked with it. It's common in the Caribbean
Nice!! I had never heard of it before researching for this video, but I sure am thankful for it!
And thank you, thank you, thank you for your kind words!! I do my best to make sure my reviews are well researched and thoroughly tested so that I can give you the most accurate info available. You just made my day!!
This or That Ahhh, that makes sense! Thank you!!
My coconut Native definitely has sodium bicarbonate aka baking soda.
Oh my goodness! I had the yellow stains show up and had no idea where it was from. I was using Native deodorant! Hmmm might have to switch it out.
I’ll have to try that one next. Thank you!!
I don't even know anymore. I'm just scared to try out these products because several reviews keep complaining about rashes.
Get the sensitive ones that don't use baking soda. That is the ingredient that would cause that.
I'm a man and I used the Schmidt's regular. It left hard deposits of deodorant int he armpits of my t-shirts, like little deodorant cakes and I could feel it every time I put my shirt on, even after washing and drying in machine.

@@MaggiesTwoCents that's funny because I'm using that one right now! Great scent!
The schmidt's Lavender Tips last the entire day...but everyone's body reacts differently to various products.
Yes, I found the Native didn’t work on me, four of those scents soured on me and I had burning. I ordered Schmidt’s. I hope the one I ordered works 😊

I found if I lightly shave my underarms (up down and sideways) I can use the deodorants without burning. Still turns my underarms brown though!
Eileen Daniel OMG I’ve found that Kopari does my armpits turn brown!!
Its probably the shea butter in the Native that mitigates any damage from the baking soda, raw African shea butter has anti-inflammatory and other healing properties. Great video, thank you!
Good to know! Thanks for your insight!!
@@MaggiesTwoCents no thank you for your video!!!
Thank you so much for the quick reply!
Have you tried Lume? You should try it and make a video!!!
I second this. I've tried several natural deodorants. Schmidt's was my favorite but after prolonged used would irritate my skin (never rashed) but I would need to take a break from it. Native... just no along with a few others... they just didnt last or keep the stink away. And all of them seemed to
Leave a residue on my clothing that was difficult to wash out and would trap the stink if I got stinky.
Yes Lume is amazing!
Hey, I am very interested in the claydry but cannot find it on Amazon in germany. I will go on a vacation to New York this autumn. Does someone know if there is the possibility to get the claydry online? Greetings from Germany
Thank you for making this video! Great Job!!
Glad you liked it!
I got exited about the Claydry, i’m highly allergic to witch hazel this makes me very nervous to try this stuff more than likely I’d breakout.
I'm so glad someone mentioned about the scent souring! If there is any citrus or herb smell I end up smelling like a curry!!!
So glad I'm not alone!
You are soooo informative! Thank you so much! I great appreciate it. I am soo frustrated right now. My secret definitely was being told after years of commitment!!! Lol thank you!
You are so welcome! I'm glad to hear this was helpful!!
I discovered taking a probiotic daily and your diet also plays a party in your Body Odor. Sweat doesn't stink. It's the bacteria on the skin.
Have you tried Lavanila? That's the one I use and I like it. They have a sport version that works well while spinning.
I haven't tried it, but I've only heard good things! I should look into that one. Thank you!
Thank U!! I was going to go out and get the Native deodorant from Walmart and are order it offline but for $12.00 and not working NO WAY.
just but order in.
have you tried lavanilla? That is my favorite, however its a little expensive (17$). So I recently bought the sensitive Schmidts in pineapple coconut - waiting to receive it. I hope it wont turn sour on me :/
I haven't tried the lavanilla, but I'll definitely keep it on my radar. That pricetag for deo makes me shiver, though! haha Since everyone's body chemistry is a little different you may have good luck with it!! Let me know if it works out for you!
Julie how did it turn out for you ?
I love lavanilla also Crawford street cream deodorant is amazing
@@ShaisTime I hated it tbh
Julie me too!
Hi I had the same issue when started using Zion health a couple of months ago but that was when it was still cold when the weather started warming up it was easy to apply and I love the Zion health Palo Santo scent I will continue using it 😊
They come in unscented too.😍the clay deodorant.
Nice!! I really like their scents but I know a lot of people prefer unscented. Glad that’s an option!!
I primarily use Schmidt’s now because it’s super accessible in stores, but I still love the Claydry one!!
Does this one stain your clothing?Does the baking soda irritate your armpits?Does it last all day or do you have to reapply?
yes!!!
Does the Claydry leave stains on your clothes?
Girl I FEEL you on the Native not working fully, (the limited edition seasonal scents) to the Schmidts sensitive not working fully either (I had geranium OMG) and then trying to switch to Degree not working lol I ordered TONS OF natural deodorants off Amazon. Primal pit paste to a German one hahaha its CRAZY !! Nice video bc its very honest. I am willing to try anything. I will not go back to aluminum deodorants after a cancer situation in my family. My real channel is Shai's Time
Did you find the right one?
Thank you so very much!! The lavender and sage seems like it would smell heavenly!
How is the deodorant working for you now?
why they don't do unscented ones? Im allergic to any strong odors so even if they are natural, Im pretty sure none of those would work for me :(
Native offers an unscented version! I’ll have to check on the others and get back to you.
It looks like another commenter uses Schmidt's unscented! Hopefully one of those varieties works for you!
thanks! I will have to look for those :)
Thank you for your video! I can't wait to try the ClayDry!!
You’re quite welcome!
Coconut vanilla is the Native version I've been using too, but I'm glad to hear that it does hold up for you through those work out classes!
ljclay02 does native help w sweat for you? I can't stand feeling sweaty. But I'm to the point where nothing is working for me.
Thank you :)
here is a sniff test challenge where 7 deodorants were tested by 2 different females over 7 days.. It's funny but, it might help. th-cam.com/video/RlK0-c488QY/w-d-xo.html
Schmidt’s gave me a rash I’m so worried at this point and
I’m trying to find a natural deodorant that will
Perform nice
You could try a crystal deodorant.
Wicked Editzz it gave me a rash too, but it works great .
I will switch to one of their other natural
U posted hope it works ..... thank u for sharing! Forgot to mention my underarms
Got dark with Schmidt’s :(
I hope you find success with another product!! It is a big trial and error process since everyone’s skin and body chemistry is so different!
*I saw
Stick I mean, not stock!
Try raw Shea butter. Works amazing! Or even raw cocoa butter, make sure that's the only ingredient
Be careful with that new deodorant because clay naturally contains lead. It’s a tiny amount, but builds up over time.
How can you avoid build up?
Efthymios N don’t use it all the time. Or not at all.
Have you tried Myro
Have you tried Arm and Hammer Essentials? Its the big thing these days
I haven't tried that one yet!
Have you tried the Primally Pure deodorant?
I have not, but I have had a lot of people ask me about that brand! I've found success with the brands I've been using and haven't been on the hunt. Where can you buy it?
Have you tried piperwai before? I’m obsessed!
No I haven’t tried that one!! Glad to hear good things about another brand!
Do you put natural deodorant 2× a day?
Ehhh, it kind of depends on the day! If I was particularly sweaty for any reason, I'll sometimes use a deodorant wipe to wipe off and then reapply. The key is not to use too much product! A little goes a long way and can do a better job of keeping you drier longer.
Ok thanks
Can i use baby wipes if i don't have deodorant wipes?
@@MaggiesTwoCents can i use baby wipes instead of deodorant wipes?
@@awesomegirl7417 I haven't tried to be honest, but I'm sure you could!
Thanks so much for your input on this ! I have been using Schmidts and it had been irritating me (even when I don't shave! ). I've been looking for an alternative, but wasn't sure which option to go with.
Thank you!!!
You are so welcome! Hopefully one of the alternatives was a winner for you!
I liked Schmidt's but the packaging is so awful its hard for me to spend 10 + dollars on packaging that doesn't work
I never had issues with the packaging! I'm sorry you struggled with that. It looks like the price of each stick has remained around $4.99 in stores near me.
wow great info and video love it thank you
You're quite welcome!
Hi I would like to know what would you recommend for old spice gel deodorants? Or would you recommend a dry deodorant spray? I've used the Schmidts charcoal one but sweat is very noticeable I feel like it doesn't help at all to control the sweat as for odor it works ok!
I’ve never used Old Spice, unfortunately! I always stick to Secret for a traditional deodorant formula in stick form.
Nice video
Its the amount of baking soda
In Schmidt's the concentration of the baking soda compared to natives may be much more if you have too much baking soda it can cause pain redness or a rash it all depends on the person
Note: I have never tried euther natives or schmidts
Thanks, girl! Will try out. / And you are too cute! (not meant to be a creepo comment, lol)
Haha thank you!! I hope you like it!
Did the clay dry make your armpits darker?!!?
No I didn’t experience that! I’m sorry that happened!
Schmidts sold out to unilever 👎👎👎
Lyndsay Vegan is that bad?
And Native was bought out by P&G I heard.
Are any of these gender specific?
Nope! That’s a great question that I’ve never received before! Just depends on your scent preference!
clearly sponsored
If it were sponsored I would have had to disclose it in both the description box and verbally in the video! The more you know!
