Yes I'm eating a lot more intuitively / label-free these days and loving it. I also feel my body simply craves different foods than it did in other times of my life, and that's ok :) Transitioning off the pill last year and seeing how my hormones suffered also changed a lot for me so yes it's truly about listening in and finding a good balance for YOU, whatever that looks like! xoxo

Just a little tip if you want to try it, for any curry, frying the powder spices after the onions have softened before adding liquid helps take out the powdery taste it has and concentrated the flavor. Adding the chicken to that afterwards and frying it in the onion curry mixture will caramalize the chicken and give it some color before adding the liquids. Learned this top from a chef when I felt my chicken tasted bland in curry dishes and it really helped!

Hello! I absolutely love your videos especially your what I eat in a day!! Just in case you didnt know, soak your matcha whisk in warm water first before mixing. The whisk is made from 1 peice of bamboo and when its dry it can become brittle and break or splinter. Soaking it will help it become more flexible and less likely to break!

A little tip for you, the traditional way is to use the whisk to blend the matcha in a bowl and use a W motion rather than circles.

Just a tip,toast your curry powder for about 2-3 minutes before adding liquid to it. It's easier on the stomach.
