5+ Million Mile Frequent Flyer... I don't mean to insult any of the creators of these dozens of "travel tips" TH-cam sites but I am astonished that I have never read this suggestion anywhere... Here is what I bring with me for any - and every - longhaul flight where I might want to try and get some sleep... AN EMPTY PILLOWCASE... If you are traveling somewhere where it might require wearing a warmer jacket - say, a trip during the winter and you're bringing your down parka? - take your parka and put it inside the empty pillowcase and... Voila... You will have the most comfortable pillow on the plane... Or if you were to not pack a sweater in your checked bag and carried it on the plane with you, toss that in your empty pillow case... And when you get to your hotel room you've got a place to put any used clothes you've worn during your trip... I concede the point that this idea works best when you're sitting in a window seat so I'm not dismissing the yoke pillows for middle and aisle seats - a pillowcase pillow might be too big and bother a passenger sitting next to you - but if you book window seats, do yourself a favor... Bring an empty pillowcase : )

Noticed problem with inflatable pillow, airlines don't like it and many of them are forbidden them to use because of safety reason
