People, buy a regular collar pillow for 8 dollars, close it and secure it. After that create the support by puting the pillow from the flight company inside. Cheaper and it works pretty well
Does your neck get sore from leaning on the same side for prolonged periods? Really thinking about trying this product as I usually like to lean on something to sleep on the plane, is this really strong enough to hold up my head?
I have used travel pillows in this exact shape but not the Manta one. These are inflated pillows and air cushions tend to be a bit hard. The design is a generic one. It is hands down trtl or trtl plus over the Manta Travel Pillow.

Yes, improvising can indeed work but not as nice.

Mine does not get sore, in fact, your neck is NOT sore from over bending. Yes, it's strong enough to hold your head.
But does it keep your head from wanting to move around or fall forward?
When you rest your head on it, it doesn't really move around.

Depends if you happen to fit the normal trtl perfectly. The plus is more adjustable and fits a wider range of people.
omg the plus is so expensive! Why did you fail to mention prices? That's a big deciding factor!
Noted, I'll make a note of the price during review but prices change all the time. You can get the plus for much cheaper when you buy two.

Seems like a basic neck brace picked up at a medical supply store would be easier.
Neck brace makes it look like you have an injury and having to repeatedly explain your neck really isn't broken.
Which would you recommend for leaning forward?
It's not made for it since the contour is more for the side of your face. It works but not tailor made for that position.
