actually that's not possible. I can't stand to watch a 10 minute video of somebody holding stuff to a camera. Then they toss in text too fast to read and absorb what's going on visually. I avoid those videos like the plague. plus the music you play is pretty dope since I dig lofi hiphop.
haha that's what I do ...but I couldn't tell. Honestly I think the viewer doesn't notice this only when you edit the video you think it might sound awkward. I loved the video it was very enjoyable to watch :)
I love watching your videos before I go to sleep. All your videos actually help me sleep and not because they are boring - trust me they are far from boring, but because they are so satisfying and they like soothe my brain and help me relax after a long day. so thank you! keep up the amazing work. one question, are you going to upload videos of you making more miniature clay pieces? those were amazing and brought me to your channel and even inspired me to get into clay many years ago. I would love to see more!
Hi! Thank you so much for such a kind comment. I would love to upload more clay videos but it probably won't be possible for a while since I am studying abroad soon. But thank you for looking forward to it ! :-)
Lovely video! ❤️ The instructions, which came with my FINETEC colours, said that you should put a few droplets of water in the pan and wait for three minutes before dipping your brush in. I find that the colours appear a lot more opaque and vibrant when I do that.
Finetec updated their palettes recently, they come in these beautiful metal tins and they increased the size of the pans and introduced a bunch of new colors. I need to use up my old set so I can get one of the new ones! :)
I think it's a specific distributor that is selling them mainly through crafting sites right now. So, they are a bit difficult to find. They have all the new palettes over on Simon Says Stamp, though. I want them, too!! Here's the link: www.simonsaysstamp.com/product/Finetec-MICA-WATERCOLOR-PEARL-Paint-12-Set-M1200-M1200FT/0
OH MY GOODNESS! Thank you! I got through the checkout (finally, reasonable shipping!) before realizing how much that is in canadian dollars.... OH WELL!
This is the most calming, visually pleasing video ive ever seen in my life my brain was salivating if that makes sense wow it was more pleasing than every "satisfying" compilation on youtube and the comparison was super in-depth as well! I ordered the Gansai Tambi a few days ago and im just impatiently waiting for it to get here and wanted to see what it looks like in advance and im even more psyched!
My goodness is this video satisfying!!! The paint, the music, your soft voice, the lighting, everything!! Especially at the end of the video, your voice was the softest 😍 My brain is tingling. Thank you very much for this video!!
Oh that is really interesting I will try the Gansai Tambi gold colors they look realy nice and are much cheaper then the Fintec. I never heard of the Gansai Tambi ones so its a nice try. Thank you :D
i have the gansai tambi one and it's pretty good, but I will say when you first use it it's a bit difficult to get the pigment. you have to really work at it, but after those first few times the color picks up pretty well!! great vid as usual 😉😉😉
I have the starry colors pallet and being honest is not the pan texture too important is the amount of water and the time you let it wet :D if you let some water and wait a couple of minutes and you can pick the pigment really easy and actually I wanted finetec first but it was more expensive xD and jetpens is not available on my country
CatsOnTheRise i am happy with the starry colors one :D they are really opaque in black paper and thick over the transparent kuretake normal colors and markers
a little thing ab the finetech pallette. they redesigned the case for the golds so now if you buy it off of amazon itll come in a nice black tin pallette even though the picture shows the plastic one. its nice and sturdy but ive had issues with keeping it closed so i use a rubber band to keep it closed.
This was very helpful, I just purchased the Gansi Tambi Starry Colors pallete (or lack there of). I was surprised how it didn’t come in an original paint pallete case. The box is weird carrying around and unfortunately the size of pans it comes in is a little difficult for customization. But it’s really pretty colors, and I was seriously debating on getting the Finetic pallete since it had amazing reviews, now after watching this it makes me wish I bought the finetic one... Thanks so much for comparing them!
so I picked up the 12 color pan and the 6 pan pearlescent set. now I kicking myself for not going after this gold set. But I think I'll live with what I've got. especially since I'm looking to do butterfly wing work. I tried the Derwent mettalics and they are nice but even though they are advertised as watersoluble as well, they loose every bit of brilliance after wetting. so with that in mind I was skeptical about these until I saw a few videos. yours has been the best so far.
I looooved the music from Spirited Away... :) Thanks for the video. I'm really thinking about an iridescent watercolor paint. I do have the PH Martin's Iridescent paints, but hard to travel with.
i have the gansai tambi pallet and i really like the colors. The red gold is my favorite. And I was wondering if you can do a video on dip pens.I was really looking into buying a good but relatively cheap dip pen from jetpens. Thanks i love your videos
XZombieXFighter X I recently got into dip pens. I recommend pen holder that has a hole for standard nibs and a hole for the tiny maru or mapping nibs. After that it just depends on what you're wanting to use them for. each nib has different qualities. The "blue pumpkin" nib is one of my favorite for calligraphy while the "G" pen nib is one of my favorite for line art that has the same width.
honestly *mute me* and turn on good music because then you have a pretty paint video
I love your voice what are you talking about
Haha, true. I want a screensaver just with a brush swirling around in those pretty colors.
PearFleur I never mute you❤
No way, girl. I love listening to your voice :D It's really relaxing :)

it's so satisfying to see the gold pigment on the brush 😍
this video is so SATISFYING
Can you tell that I recorded the voiceover at different points of time hah
PearFleur not really! I didn't realize it until you posted this comment 😂
yes
PearFleur nope. It wasn't noticeable at all
haha that's what I do ...but I couldn't tell. Honestly I think the viewer doesn't notice this only when you edit the video you think it might sound awkward. I loved the video it was very enjoyable to watch :)

The zoom ins of the paint and brush are BEAUTIFUL
I'm mesmerized o_o staring at those teeny tiny grains/granules fluidly move with the water in this video. You've got one heck of a videocamera.
Lovely video! ❤️ The instructions, which came with my FINETEC colours, said that you should put a few droplets of water in the pan and wait for three minutes before dipping your brush in. I find that the colours appear a lot more opaque and vibrant when I do that.
thanks for the tip!
Thank you so much for the tip! I love the FINETEC set!
Just in time to help me decide which one that I should buy. Thank you! And kudos for the Spirited Away theme for the bgm
God bless your lens
Loving the close-ups of all the shimmeriness ^^
SPIRITED AWAY MUSIC 💙💙💙
Finetec updated their palettes recently, they come in these beautiful metal tins and they increased the size of the pans and introduced a bunch of new colors. I need to use up my old set so I can get one of the new ones! :)
I've seen the new colours sold individually on Etsy for $$$ but I haven't seen them (or metal palettes) anywhere else yet! I want them!

YellowMelle The struggle of buying art supplies online is so real when you live in Canada 😭😭😭
The close-ups lets us see what they would look like when seen in real life right in our hands, amazing👍👍👍👌👌👌
I could watch the brush mixing the paint for hours!!!! So satisfying

I couldn't stop watching the brushwork and glittery paint, it's just so memorizing! ❤️ 😍
My goodness is this video satisfying!!! The paint, the music, your soft voice, the lighting, everything!! Especially at the end of the video, your voice was the softest 😍 My brain is tingling. Thank you very much for this video!!
What do you use to record? Have you mentioned it in another video before? The quality is superb!
I've never tried pulling the finetec cakes out of the palette and seeing you do that blew my mind just a little bit lol.
Oh that is really interesting I will try the Gansai Tambi gold colors they look realy nice and are much cheaper then the Fintec. I never heard of the Gansai Tambi ones so its a nice try.
Thank you :D
The mucus is just so soothing and calming :) love everything about this video
I died when the lofi-hiphop version of One Summer's Day played :O
Can you just upload an hour long version of the brush spinning around in the watecolor pigments because OMG it's satisfying to watch
I'm physically attracted to the finetec palette
I have no words for how gorgeous your videos are. God, I love your channel. Please never stop posting.
your voice is so soothing, you're definitely my favourite art channel!
This is not only a great Video/Tutorial

omg your camera's focus is so damn good!
your reviews are so comprehensive! love seeing new vids from you 💕💕

maya - I think they put some kind of protective layer on top. They are actually very creamy and pick up easily later on
My gosh... Seeing the tip of the bristles slowly rotating in the pan, stirring the dancing metallic flecks is SOOOOOOOOOOO satisfying.
Love that you're uploading more! I got the finetec a long time ago cause of your gold paint video 🙌🏼⭐️
That One Summer's Day remix 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 so glad to see you post
ASMR... So soothing to watch
the 2nd time ... without sound...
Priceless
The close-ups are so SATISFYING~
LOVE the watercolor on hd close up and the Spirited Away remix 💖
This video was beautifully filmed! So nice, thank you for this wonderful instructional video.
The colors dancing with the brush is so beautiful to watch *_*

So! Pleasing! To! The! Eyes!

Are you happy with the starry colors one, or do you still wish you had the finetec one? I'm still deciding between the two.
CatsOnTheRise i am happy with the starry colors one :D they are really opaque in black paper and thick over the transparent kuretake normal colors and markers
Thank you for letting me know! I think I'll be getting this palette now :)
