I've never before heard anyone else profess their love for tape ..... I too love tape. When I was 10 my mom got me a box of 12 rolls of scotch tape for a Christmas present & I was overjoyed.

You inspired me to go to Choosing Keeping when I was in London for a day and a half a month or two ago (coming from Belgium). A lovely shop. I bought a single journal bound in Japanese paper with good paper for dip pen and ink, and I'm looking forward to starting it when I'm done with my current one.

As always your videos bring such peace on beautiful mornings right before I go to bed. Night schedules can be so draining, but the best part is watching the light peek over the mountains as I make dinner and the sun shine on my hardwood floors while I get ready for bed. I have the straw paper sketch pad!! I use it with my charcoals, you have to lay down quite a bit if you want to blend but I find using it to be so inspiring, I sit down to do one study and I end up doing two or three or four sketches alongside.
